Well let me just say this about Hancock
1. Despite being a Shichibukai, she's shown no actual strength apart from a lame ability that was shown to be resisted the first time it was even performed….and then the second time.
2. Despite being hyped as the most beautiful woman in the world, she has one of the most boring, if not THE most boring design in the series.
3. She is after a guy at least 10 years younger than her, the feeling is not mutual, and she acts like a total doormat about it.
4. She's a total bitch.Edit: 5. Oh yeah, and a total coward. Before she caught her little "disease" she was totally going to avoid the battle with Whitebeard and sacrifice her status and the safety of her people.

Hrm. Couple of interesting matches in there. All harder to guess than the first round because its mostly credible characters now. There wont be as many shutouts now, I think and many closer fights.
Predictions on outcomes. (Not necesarilly who I'll vote or campaign for, but who I THINK is going to win before crazy campaigning sets in) I'll even throw in expected performance based on the first round. And also on the assumption of 400 voters per round, even though there's been a range of 300-420.[hide]
Emporio Ivankov VS Gedatsu–---Gadatsu mostly got through based on the lousiness of his apponent. Ivankov-320-80. Total slaughter.Nico Robin VS Shanks-------------Too close to call, both have lots of fans and are prominent. 201-199.
Mihawk VS Jinbei------------------Should be epic. Jimebi because hes currently being amazing. 180-220
Marco VS Van Augur--------------Neither has done anything yet, but it should be close. Auger for being a BB pirates with a slightly better design. 150-250.
Gol D. Roger VS Going Merry----Roger is a legend versus a boat that made people cry. I'll be voting Merry, but I expect it'll go to Roger. Roger. 250-150
Boa Hancock VS Hatchan--------Boa has haters, but I dnno that Hachan has that many supporters. Probably the same as her last round in Boa's favor. 260-140
Dragon VS Sanji-----------------Strawhat beats out guy with future potential. Sanji. 100-300
Perona VS Benn VS Paulie------OMGWTFBBQ. NO IDEA. I expect the GOAL from the start will be for a 3 way tie, impossible though that is. Perona has haters, but they'll be divided by the other 2 guys to vote for, so I see Perona squeeking by. 150-125-125
Crocodile VS Hannybal----------Similar to Hannybal's first round, but Crocadile is better remembered and loved than Arlong, but Hannybal still had that great speech. Crocadile. 290-110
Jango VS Iceberg----------------jango is more out there crazy/memorable. Bound to get in poor taste MJ campaigns. Jango. 250-150
Usopp VS Doflamingo-----------Unles Flamingo does something next week, his potential can't outdo one of the more popular strawhats. Usopp. 300-100
Kumadori VS Shushu-----------Hilarious crazy ass campaign day. No idea. But it'll be close. Shushu for pulling the heart strings.199-201.
Apoo VS Blackbeard------------Apoo now has animation of his crazy singing explosions, but people have an illogical love for Blackbeard. Blackbeard. 120-280.
Eustass Kid VS Buggy----------.....They're both clowns, but Buggy has been doing amazing stuff lately. His longer term substance should get him this one against Kid's current flash, but it should be an interesting match. Buggy. 180-220.
Trafalgar Law VS Tom---------Supernova with awesome design and a bear... or an awesome mentor. Be close. But, Tom for his epicness. 195-205.
Cricket VS Momonga----------Cricket isn't quite up to Momonga's badass. Momonga. 80-320.
Wiper VS Franky---------------The guy who wasn't good enough to be a strawhat... versus Franky. Franky easily. Should be a domination. 80-320
Carue VS Dorry/Killer---------Judge after today's results. Money is on Carue either way.
Mr. 3 VS Whitebeard----------Mr. 3 has been epic lately. But Whitebeard is apparently getting by on sheer potential, and it time to shine is riiiight around the corner. I expect it to be an almost exact mirror of the Kaku match, but wihtout the Hip to be Square" campaign. Whitebeard. 185-215.
Urouge VS Luffy---------------"Share the Urouge" has been played out by now, (fun tho it is) and its LUFFY. Sheer anti strawhat-ists should get Urouge some votes, but this should easily be Luffy's fight. 100-300
Miss Goldenweek VS Brook---Strawhat with a whale and a song. 150-250
Hina VS Magellan-------------Monstrous Magellan, whos bene inthe limelight a lot lately. Magellan in a major shutout. 50-350.
Bellemere VS Dr. Hiruluk----OMGWTFBBQ. Should be a great match. Hiruluk by juuust a smidge for his amazing speech. 199-201.
Aphelandra VS Gecko Moria--Aphelandra's best feature was her "hat", and that she was up against ANOTHER Amazon Lily character. Moria easily on this one, but Aphelandra gets the unvoiced "I like boobies" vote. 70-330.
Garp VS Pandaman----------Pandman is an amusing background joke, but that will only take him so far. He's up against GARP. Garp. 300-100.
Bepo VS Jabura--------------Kung fu animal vs. kung fu animal.CP9 seems to be disliked, but people are incrdulous about Bepo even being on the list. Bepo's sheer novelty carries him thru. 250-150.
Zoro VS Chopper------------Strawhat versus Strawhat? Zoro's done a lot lately, and continues to be badass, while Chopper has degraded some over time. Badass versus cute... Slight edge to Zoro. 201-199.
Duval VS Bon Kurei--------I figure on Bon Kurei getting pretty close ot the finals this time around. That fucking badass Mr. 2 Bon Kurei self sacrificing amazing bastard Bentham! 20(pity votes)-380.
Gin VS Smoker------------Gin's best feature was he was the least sucky vllain in his arc. Chuck Norris, easily. 60-340.
Enel VS Don Krieg--------It was said that whoever won the Absalom/Krieg fight would lose their next round, and I expect that to hold up. Enel. 300-100.
Richie VS Zeff------------I think Richie's humor and novelty has taken him as far as it can go. Were he up against Bepo or Carue it would be amazing... but against Zeff? I excpect Dwagon's campaigning to make a huge crazy difference again, and for it to be closer than it by all rights should. Zeff. 190-210.
X Drake VS Kuma--------I forsee Drake bitiing pacifista images being used. Well, depending on if Drake's rabid 15,000 fans come out again.... I forsee this being about the same as the Nami match, and going to Kuma... until the last minute. 150-250 until the end. Then 15,000-250.[/hide]

If you are talking about Luffy, Oda stated in an SBS that Luffy was not affected by a female's influence because Ussop isn't around to give have him bad ideas. It's kinda funny to see Luffy lucking out so much. Makes me wonder what kind of stuff Ussop discussed with Luffy about Nami. The whole knife-in-the-hand thing was just a manuver to distract an already doomed person. It's not like it was a real fight, since both were subjected government underdogs.

Somebody really needs to make a fan-art with Benn, Paulie and Perona stuck to a Katamari and insert two characters here being rolled up into it.
