@Just123:
hi angel emfrbl, off topic, a question: my cousin would put his feet underneath the cat and just fling it up and catch it, does that hurt the cat in anyways? just want to know, thanks!
back on topic, love is a powerful thing, makes people do crazy things, i cant wait for the up and coming chapters, it will be an interesting development!
To pick up a cat;
Use both hands, support both legs. When holding a cat, make sure its body is against yours (so it doesn't fall) and you keep supporting both legs one way or another. You shouldn't pick up or hold a cat any other way because 1) it doesn't like it 2) it can scare it and 3) you can hurt it (minor or major).
Cats don't like being held, its a common fact, but a lot of people end up scaring their cats without realising it. Its like you shouldn't stare at them either because in nature its a sign you mean to threaten it. Blink often to break any glares and don't look at its eyes/face for too long. Its why when a lion approachs a giraffe and the giraffe spots the lion it and any other giraffe all look at it and stare it down. The Lion feels uncomfortable and threatened, it retreats. If the giraffes don't stare the lion down, it might just pause and waits for them to look away and continue to approach for the kill.
Yeah… Never thought I'd make a post like that here. :wassat:
