I just read the Aokiji part (I've been reading the manga way out of order), and as he was leaving, he said something about a little brother. Well, seeing as how Aokiji and Rob share a lotta similarities in how they look, they're both high-ranking government folks, and how Aokiji is willing to lend CP9 a huge personal favor in the form of a Buster Call or whatever, it seems fairly likely. I may have just misunderstood everything, but I'm just tossing this idea out there.

I think the line that might've confused him was when Ao Kiji was apoligizing to the dolphin for almost running it over, since that line has confused a lot of other people too.

Heh…well, siblings DO seem to pop up in strange places in One Piece, but I don't think so. Isn't Ao Kiji a lot older? I figured he was at least in his 40's or something.
