Anyway, this chapter is a bit boring, as not much progressed. Let's hope for sake that we get Luffy vs. Lucci next chapter, and make it the final battle at that too.
And BTW, Franky's face on the first page is badass!

EDIT: Hah, Hah On page 11 I can imagine that Sanji is reacting to the fact that not all mermaids are beautiful. Also it looks like Omino and the other giant(can't remember his name) got hit by the BC. Hmm Ussop has always admired honorable warriors(such as the giants on Little Garden). If he finds out that Omino and the other might die before getting to see their bosses(the Little Garden giants) for the first time in a 100 years, that might be motivation for him to overcome his fears, and attempt to damage or sink some of the BC ships.

Kokoro was great when she was just a drunken wierdo with a great laugh. As a drunken mermaid (fishwoman? - Gyojin terms escape me) with a great laugh she is one of Oda's priceless creations.
Next week should be ugly.

As for the chapter itself…what a cliffhanger! The Buster Call is destroying everything...and may have knocked out most of the allies from Water 7 and the giants! Luffy and Lucchi are reaching their climax! And...did Kokoro mention something about "Fishman Island"? (though my favorite part: the reunion with Robin...with Nami and Chopper beating Sanji to our favorite archeologist.
And that marine ship they're on now...could this be merely an escape ship...or Going Merry, Mark 2?

Since the spoiler text was virtually identical this time, I don't see any reason to translate the chapter… But I would like to point out that the first page doesn't seem to be a mini-story. Unless I'm misremembering, the other mini-stories all start out labeled as mini-story number (whatever). This picture is just called "Where they are now, Shot 1: Conis, Aisa, Laki, and Norla out for a walk on Vearth"... So maybe instead of a true mini-story we'll just get pics of what people are doing now? I dunno. But that's what I'd guess, not this being a mini-story.

I'm hoping that 425 will be totally dedicated to the final showdown between Luffy and Lucchi with the last two pages being a spread of Luffy's finishing move on Lucchi. Beyond that the SH's need to help with disabling the BC. Why? Because Oda never kills off a character unless it's a flashback, and if SH's just try to escape without helping, the FF, the Galley-La, and the giants are pretty much screwed. Right know I think the BC are in the best strategic lineup. You have several BC ships's in the back with two VAs(the asshole helment dude and scarface), and more in the front including two more VAs(the mohawk dude and the VA that resembles Blueto in Popeye). Don't know where the last VA is.

Thanks again for the chapter BF. Hmm I must admit Im quite worried about the FF/Paulie crew. I know oda doesnt kill off characters but Im still concerned. If I remember correctly, isnt Impel Down right under Eneas Lobby? Maybe that is what is at the bottom of the water fall. Perhaps that will be the next part of the arc even though i sort of hope not because now it seems the arc is dragging on.

I think this really is the best ,if not the Only, solution in sight ,I was looking for a Pic were the Bottom of the Waterfall is clear to see and there seems to be NOTHING down there (Franky States that he wasn't able to see the Bottom of the WF)
Wonder if Oda is planning to Sacrifice them ,since that would make it easier for Franky to join the SH crew,I guess he would never do that,but on the other hand he killed all the People in Ohara …
