RE: Chapter 504 "Pirates Front Lines Moving"
Very good chapter all around. You got Whitebeard vs some of the schibukai coming up, Kizaru is coming, and Don Flamingo looking very pumped about this upcoming battle. I have a feeling that Blackbeard will ultimatly kill Whitebeard in the end, and the balance of power will temporarly shift to the WG side until the positition will shift back when the SH's fill it later in the series. If Ace is saved, but Whitebeard dies Ace will probably blame himself because it was his failure of capturing Blackbeard that lead to this situation in the first place.
Edit: I think Oda showed us Kizaru before. Isn't this him talking to Attachen beack in chapter 434. http://groups.msn.com/onepiecemangav-2/volume45.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=16070

RE: Unofficial Funi DVD discussions
Bought mine yesterday from Best Buy, and I am really enjoying the set. So far I'm nearly through the Buggy Arc. The highlight so far is Buggy's VA. He executes the line, "What did you say about my nose" lines so prefectly.XD

RE: Well, why not… Favorite Shabondy Rookies?
I'm interested in Jwelery Bonney and also Law. I'm interested in Bonney mainly because we finally see a female pirate of over 100M, and it also begs the questions of how of a bounty does the most wanted woman have, and what did she do to get that high of a bounty. For some reason I think that most wanted woman in the world is a very high commande in Dragon's army.
I'm also interested in Law because I am getting the impression that he might be a former member of Kuma's crew(if Kuma had a crew at all). I 'm basing this from the fact that he has paw prints all over his hat and shirt just like Kuma. Aso he has what looks like cogs on the sleeves of his shirt, and Kuma is a cyborg.

RE: Chapter 498 "The 11 Supernova" Discussion
Man a very informative chapter this week. I really like all of the designs of the pirate captains. I wonder if Tragiformia(sp?) Law use to be member of Kuma's crew (if Kuma use to have a crew) because I notice that he has animal prints on his hat and shirt just like Kuma does. Plus he has what looks like cogs on the sleeve of his shirt which can be associated with cyborgs.

RE: Chapter 497 "Adventure on the Islands of the Dancing Bubbles" Discussion
@Tokoro:
Somehow I'm starting to imagine that this could be a weird setup through what's going on that Jinbei is a lot nicer than what we got across with the Arlong arc. Perhaps he was more respectful of the humans that spit on them high above (thus giving him the mentality of being a government dog via the Shichibukai) and Arlong just didn't give a damn and thought that the only way to get respect against humans is to dominate them full force.
I have a feeling that the opposite is true. My theory is that Jinebei is going though the same thing Nami did: working with the enemy, and knowing that if you try to rebel, the people that you know and love will die. I think Jinebi orignally became a pirate captain for the purpose of getting strong enough to challenge the WG one day. As Jinebi had more and more close encounters with the Marines, he became overly protective of his crew, and worried about the potential fates of his comrades: death, imprisonment in Impel down, or worst of all being slaves to the noble bastards. In the end he decided to become a government lackey in return for not only the protection of his crew, but for all of the fishmen and merpeople.

Going to be 26 at the end of the month. May not be the oldest, but I still feel old on this forum.

RE: Theories That Don't Deserve Their Own Thread
When Kuma mentioned to Zoro that his Pacfista(sp?) design is incomplete, I think Vegapunk's(with the full backing of the WG) ultimite goal is to combine Kuma's cyborg design with the ancient weapons themselves or components of the ancient weapons.
