And Impel Down, people get annoyed with too much fanservice. I think I have seen some people complaining about the same thing of this movie.

I too was drawn in by the story, but i like the art equally especially since it gradually became more detailed. Because they compliment each other; I could think of no other style that would suit Odas' whacky universe.
The Only thing I dislike with the art is that all the background chracters/ normal people look dull and bad compared to the extremely well designed/drawn main characters.
Oh, and a funny thing about my last Usopp pick: For once, his ears are actually excactly where they should be for a normal person.
