The thing that makes her dying interesting as a plot twist is that it would upset everyone on all fronts. Luffy would be livid at big mom for creating such a situation, big mom will blame her death onto Luffy and Nami, And Sanji would just be an emotional mess. Germa 66 would be frustrated. It adds a new twist to the prince and princess motif for sure.
Hope Oda isn't gonna go soft on us. We need some Arlong Park level drama and darkness
It's safe to say Water 7 / Enies Lobby is by far the most intriguing and in depth part of the series to speculate about
AIt seems to me that Usopp is going to get some major development during his time at Elbaf. Initially we see his fascination with the island during Little Garden, the topic comes up again back at Water 7 and then of course with this recent chapter on Dressrosa. I don't know what, when, why or how nor do I care to guess anything beyond Usopp fighting and defeating 10 or more Giants at once. I just think it's cool he is being set up for something big during the Elbaf adventure.
So anyone else got any ideas if any other Straw Hats will have some character defining arcs? I figured Robin and Chopper will get something that will result in their Xth person chapters. I keep thinking Wano will do something big for Zoro but what about the rest? Anyone else wonder if Sanji's insane cooking ability could become a hot topic for Big Mom? I imagine not only could he not strike her, he wouldn't be able to refuse her his cooking either. I da know I just hope each crew mate gets some crazy individual development once more before they accomplish their dreams.
Oh I forgot to mention Chopper and Zou. I really hope this land is home to all kinds of animal people for Chopper to interact with. So far it seems like there is some real trouble with the locals, hopefully it's health related and its Chopper who comes to the rescue. Though I worry Law's hocus pocus will over shadow Chopper's ability again.

This chapter was so. freaking. good! It pains so much there will be no chapter next week.
But it wasn't perfect. Sadly, the Usopp part had a negative effect on me. It would be fun if Oda hadn't do exactly the same thing for Buggy again. Instead of being funny i felt just so terribly repetitive.
I've been saying this for nearly a month now, but for some weird reason Oda is making Usopp into a second Buggy and this chapter just proved what was already somehow clear. However, it became so obvious that I start to wonder if instead of shamelessly repeating himself, Oda is doing it on purpose for some reason (clash of the Messiah? Pirate Dispatch Org. vs. Usopp Pirates? Usopp taking a Shichibukai down by himself?)And on a side note, I have to say since the thread of ordeal was opened, I finally said to myself "This is it. No more spoilers for me". So even if the thread was closed, I would like to thank it for giving me the strength! Razh, I hope you keep watching us from heaven! ;_;/
well to be fair that bit is going along with all of Usopp's lies coming true. About him having followers? Well now he has some.
Considering how Jora is out, I would say it is safe to assume some of them are probably going to be taken out by non SHs or just…off screened / defeated quickly such as Buffalo and Baby 5. Violet is probably out as well and I'm on the fence on whether Oda will have a scene where someone beats up Sugar (since she DOES look like a child so if anything she might be off screened like Goldenweek). So essentially that leaves:
Diamante, Pica, Trebol, Lao G, Machvise, Dellinger, Senor Pink, and Gladius for on screen (longer) battles.Considering how there is Luffy, Zoro, Franky, Ussop, Robin, Kinemon, and maybe Sabo (plus others). I think it looks like a fairly possible to match up characters without too much of a problem.
And the main host of the entire show, Doflamingo.
Luffy fought two CP9 members. It's not out of reality.
Not to mention that the Monster Trio seem to be the only ones that can take the card suits, unless somebody else at the same level does it instead like Burgess or Law if he manages to recover somehow.
seems rather repetitive if he does, thats what i mean. Thats what made cp9's fights with the straw hats fresh. One Piece's plots are already pretty formulaic, so at least shake things up with the matchups
I will be so pissed if Luffy defeats Diamante AND Doflamingo.
We need to let the other crew members shine. I'd rather see Zoro face Diamante and Franky take on Pica while Sanji gets Trevor
