The first 2 are an ad for the Gin Tama anime airing in a few weeks. The next page seems to be an ad for the other Jump anime, and the last one is the table of contents.
Actually, at the very end of every Jump book, they have an ad for the next issue, with the first page introducing which manga will be the "cover" of the next issue (not always, but most of the time), while the next set is a bigger ad for that manga headlining the next Jump as well as previews for some other stuff, usually focusing on more popular titles (such as One Piece, Naruto and Bleach), if any other manga are going to be getting color pages, and even the one-shot for the issue.
And as for the ToC…remember that is also somewhat of a popularity poll that determine which Jump manga stick around and which leave, besides having a short quick comment from the author about his feeling for the week.
