i voted chopper caus.. well where is he anyway? and i also think all 5 keys are fake ^^ spandam is afterall wicked
Who's gonna bring the right key?
-
-
I vote for Franky!!! Besides, it might help him get in the good graces of the Strawhats.(Like someone else said! :P)
or Usopp. :P
-
I think Hattori ate the KAgi Kagi no Mi (Key Key Fruit). So after Luffy beats the holy living crap outta Lucchi, he'll strangle Hattori until he turns into the proper key.
-
How about this?
When the Strawhats reunite and bring their keys, they'll probably make some comments on who got the right one. I expect some Zoro and Sanji rivalry, or something of that sort. That's the moment when Luffy mixes the keys so you can't tell who brought which. The mystery will remain forever unsolved ;P -

Well, that's quite the idea there FFA. Or it could be that the key ate the tori tori fruit: model pigeon. Though that may be too much inanimate object-eating-fruits in one arc.
But I voted for Sogeking. More redemption for Usopp.

Would that work? Using df-powers to open seastone cuffs?
-
Absolutely. Mr 3. Creates a key using his DF power to open a Seastone CAGE.
-
Even if it seems to be so clear option that Jabura has the key, it's the best option, oh damn, I surely will love that moment when Usopp brings it :D.
Sogeking gets my vote.
-
my guess is sogeking, seeing that his opponent is sound asleep, with his key directly in front of him.
-
I think luffy will get the key because Spandam must have realized that some of the straw hats are bound to beat most of the CP9 after what happened to Blueno, so he problably gave the key to the strongest a.k.a Lucchi who Luffy is bound to fight. And for all those people who say that all the keys are fake that is problably not true since Fukurou is a big mouth not a liar.
Too much thinking:wacko:
-
How can you lie if you don't know the truth.
What Im trying to say is that maybe fukurou doesn't know that they are all fake
-
Well, he did say the key was on a CP9 member. And where's Hattori?
-
It can go 2 ways:
Sogeking: Other than Chapapa, Jyabura's key is the only one you see
Fukuro: He showed his key and brags around
I'd say Fukuro has the key because he said he'd throw the key away
-
How about: None?
Zoro will cut them - as simple as it is, it's likely imho. But I'm not in the position to make predictions.. My predictions on the fights were 0% xD
-
i'm glad to see a lot of people voting for usopp, i think he'll come back without the mask and the correct key, thus redeeming himself not only in his own eyes but giving luffy an excuse to let him back in.
-
I was thinking that too, why not let Zoro cut them? Then I rationalized that cutting them in half would still have the cuffs on her wrists. And as much as I trust Zoro's cutting skills, I'm not sure it's safe for Zoro to get that close to Robin's Wrists with his swords.
-

I think he'll come back with his mask if he find the real key. We could have a scene like that :
Sogeking : "I have the key ! You are free, Robin chan !"
Robin : "Thanks you, long-nose kun !"
Luffy : "Huh ? Long-nose kun ? Where do you see Usopp ?"
Robin : "What ? But he is just here !"
The true identity of Sogeking is revealed to Luffy and Chopper.

I go with this from now on.

I don't know why people keep saying that Usopp needs to do something to be let back in….He wasn't kicked out, he left. Getting back to the crew isn't so much that they need a reason to let him back but that he needs to believe that he's worthy and forgive himself for what he did. They ALL are fighting to get a hold of some key, I don't see how it matters who has the real one, if it exists.

everyone has pride rite… it wouldn't be prideful (does this word exist?) if ussop all of a sudden asks the crew to let him join them agaiin... its not like luffy will reject his favour.. but there should be something that ussop has to do to make return his favor so that luffy will not feel guilty by forgetting the fight they had...
and moreover he needs to also proof that he will not be a burden to the crew if they were to meet stronger opponents..

They should not forget the fight, but Luffy does want him back in the crew. Usopp needs to fight strong opponent like Jabura to to prove himself worthy enough to rejoin the crew. He won't need a key, he needs to forgive himself and ask Luffy to let him in.
-
My friend's idea:
Zoro will cut Robin's wrists, and she can just grow her hands back. o.o Scary, but true.
-
Haha, well that's a creative way to look at it.
-
Logic points to Spandam having kept the key. There is no reason what so ever to actually leave it with the fighters, who could lose and deliver it to the SH crew. I think fhen he is finally confronted he will reveal that he has the key and will then throw it away. When he and Lucci are beaten Zoro will simply cut the handcufs.
-
sanji will bring the key because he was betrayed by Oda.
-
I think it should be Sogeking to give him a very good chance at re-joining the crew
-

It would certainly not be prideful, but humble of him to ask Luffy to let him rejoin…but as prideful as Usopp is, that would really be hard for him to do. I don't think he believes that they want him back either. But I really believe that none of them would hesitate to welcome him back with open arms, nobody wanted him to leave in the first place.
but there should be something that ussop has to do to make return his favor so that luffy will not feel guilty by forgetting the fight they had…
I don't understand what you're trying to say….
and moreover he needs to also proof that he will not be a burden to the crew if they were to meet stronger opponents..
He only needs to prove that to himself. But again, I don't think the status of the key is really going to have much of impact on that as the fight itself. It would be cool though. I guess it depends…if it turns out that Jyabura has the real key because everyone figured he was the hardest to beat, then it would mean something, but if that were true, than Lucci would have the key, right? ;) And maybe he does. I still think none of the keys are going to be real.
-
I think that Usopp is going to witness Luffy yelling at Franky, etc, and that he will realize Luffy still wants him on the crew and cares for him.
-
Either…
A. Sogeking/Usopp since he needs some redemption.
or
B. All 5 keys being fake and Spandam holding the real one since he's deceitful like that.
-
I voted for 'other', but looking over this, it could be a combination of several theories.
(A.) Each of the keys held by the CP9 members is fake-even Fukuro's, though he isn't aware of it.
(B.) Luffy, in uber pissed mode, silences Lucci's crap about Robin's "Sin of Existance" by uppercutting him into the waterfall, Mortal Kombat style.
(C.) Franky and Ussop both arrive with keys that won't work, either at the same time as Nami, Zoro, and Sanji or just after them. Not surprisingly(if you subscribe to this theory) their keys don't work either.
(D.) Between Usopp and Franky, a lockpick is improvised, springing Robin just in time , because…
(E.) Spandam is laughing maniacally, with his finger on the button! Yikes! He's lost it, obviously, as he rants on about how if Enies Lobby falls, then it must burn in Hell along with all of these 'sinners'. Grimacing, Robin Treis Fluers him into unconciousness(two hands on his throat, one.. in a spot that has all of the guys feeling a twinge of empathy for Spanda-poor bastard.
-

That already happened….in chapter 399. :P At least the Luffy yelling at Franky in front of Usopp part...
-
Spandam probably has it. I wouldn't be surprised if Oda did the same "fake key" issue that happened in Alabasta; it seems likely and logical. Eneru had no idea that attatching anything to Luffy's hand only made matters worse; he never met Mr.3. Spandam likely doesn't know much of the details involving the revolution in Alabasta; he could make the same mistake Croc did, though how the Strawhats recover the right key without again forming a duplicate is beyond me.
-
Well, to be fair, while Alabasta was only two major arcs ago… it was also like 200 chapter ago. It's been long enough that pulling it again really isn't that big of a deal.
But I still like the idea that one of the keys is right, but we won't find out which it was.
-
If Spandam has the key, I think he'll be taken care of in a comical way. He's weak, and could be taken out really easily. Perhaps he spills coffee in his eyes and drops the key, or trips and smashes the rest of his face. I dunno. It seems like something that would happen.
-
Uh. His sword. Elephant, whatever. I think that's there for a reason.
-
can't reset the poll, but anybody change their mind after this chapter?
ooshi78
-
I still think it's going to be none of them. :P This chapter certainly didn't give any more information in that regard. I have a feeling next chapter will deal with Nami and Sanji, and perhaps Franky.
-
is chopper even fighting anyone? I don't recall seeing him match up against anyone, lol.
I think it will be Usopp, he hasn't dont much to prove himself yet, so it will be a good glory moment for him if he does.
-
IMO, i think that Lucci has the right key and Luffy will have to get it during his climatic fight with him.
-
I'm saying Chopper
because he hasn't been doing much lately : (…hmm...where is he....
-
so we know now that kaku and jyabura aren't holding the key to open usopp and zoro's cuffs. which means that the other three have a 1/3 chance of having the key for usopp/zoro. what say you?
ooshi78
-
I still say that neither one of those guys at the Judicial Tower has the right key.
-
I think Lucci and Spandam got the keys, they´re evil enough…
-
Kalifa probably has the #2 key for Zoro/Sogeking, and I wouldn't be surprised if Lucci and Spandam have Robin's key. They never said which # hers was, or if it even had a number. Chopper has been in too many places during the CP9 fights, I doubt he'll bring it. Luffy is already caught up to Lucci, so I doubt he has the key to Robin's cuffs. It would be pretty pwnsome for Usopp to bring it and free Robin as redemption for leaving, but it still doesn't seem far-fetched for Lucci to have Robin's key.
-
I thought there were only 5 keys in the first place.. which means… the only ppl who have the keys are the 5 CP9 left in the tower.. so Lucci and Spandam don't have the key... Unless they lied about the existence of the 6th key..
-

We never really knew which number robin's handcuffs were so considering that lucci said there are 5 keys I think they should all keep hold of all of the keys who ever it is that will take it towards the tower to robin. Oda might either finish off all the tower fights first and see all of the characters go together to rescue robin (which might be far fetched), or we might see something more comical like luffy asking robin who has the keys then stretching his hands to grab spandam (if it's him) or a quick pocket theif on lucci and toss it over to her. So it's a captin/archeologist vs boss/srongest cp9.
-
that'd be cool.. robin n luffy vs. spandam, lucci and funkfried..
-
I've always wanted to see a Robin tag-team. Robin could disable the person and her partner beats the crap out of them.
-
Robin could probably knock out Spandam herself and run to whoever has the key herself.
-

Even though luffy probably wouldn't need her help luffy and robin could probably prove to be a very good tag team imagine gomu gomu no pistol with branched slapping hands aswell. Plus it would be such good payback to see her fight with her captain to avenge them trying to kill the girl just for living.
