Awesome. A sequel to Mother 2 aka Earthbound in the US, is finally coming. Though so far, no word on a US release.

Probably because the canceled N64 version was anticipated by both sides.
I want that N64 one….

Earthbound rocked, though, and so I'm hoping for the off-chance of it hitting Stateside.
ugh, never did play a Mother game, yet another of the many games that never made it to the UK.
Nintendo was stupid for not releasing 1+2 here. Hopefully they will so they can promote 3. Next to Zelda and Mario, EarthBound/Mother is my favorite Nintendo franchise.
I don't think I'd even import it if it didn't come here. I mean, most of the fun of Earthbound, to me, was the dialogue. If I can't understand it, well…...
