@Ivotas:
The one on page is the one with the hat, cap or whatever this thing he´s wearing on his head is called like…
Hmm… I originally interpreted that as being the same guy that we see in the first image, but that does look more like the pseudo-Jewish guy in that shot.
You clearly see that the guy on that page has no mustache. And since he´s the only one of the five that doesn´t have one it can be only him.
Well, the guy with a goatee might not have his mustache show up in a shot like this.
The noses on these don't really match what we saw back in the chapter where Spandam was talking to them, but they're similar enough that it could just be an artistic blip.
So, yeah. You're right.
But he gave us the silhouette´s so that we know who they are. He just had to cover them in dark for the dramatic "grim reaper" effect.
Oh, it's a common enough artistic technique (Trudeau uses it all of the time; he practically invented its use in comic strips), but Oda likes to throw us a curve ball once and while. This just seemed like such a moment.
@Majek:
Single-Major in History – non-teaching option , i believe is the english term for it, so that'll make me a Bachelor of History i guess. I have 2 years to go, because i slacked off for 2 years enjoying the fine life of a student here in Slovenia =)
I started out to teach, but the farther I went the more and more I realized that it would be a critical mistake for me to do so. A job where you get little respect and less pay, especially in a subject where the bulk of hirings are chosen by what sport you can coach? Think I'll pass and pay off some student loans with various assorted other jobs before getting a better degree.
That and the personality issues. I mean, could you imagine me dealing with teenagers who likely don't give a damn about history on a daily basis? I'd have killed one of them before my first year was out.
Out of curiosity, I just glanced back at Wesleyan's requirements to see what they are now. Looks like they've bulked them up a bit since I graduated, but Tennessee has ridiculously high standards for teachers in general (and pays them next to nothing) and Wesleyan has even higher than usual.
I still had far more than I would have needed to graduate; it takes 38 hours of various combinations of history, geography, and political science to get a BS in History and I had 63.
