As for Charlotte Family information, since Perospero is 50 and Katakuri is 48 that means Peros and Compote were born separately and Compote is 49. So in the two years between the triplets' birth and Cracker's birth, there was the birth of the Opera bros and a set of girls which probably includes Amande.

(and before you answer: yes, I know he probably spent 30 seconds coming up with each nationality on the spot; yes, I know this has been said over and over since day 1 for basically any character from vivi to usopp to blackbeard; yes, I know there are actually light skinned people virtually anywhere in the world)
It's not even asking for him to put screentones every single time they appear in panels. It´s just another color to keep in mind when the time for colorspreads/volume covers comes.
