Volume 100 - Luffy, Zoro, Law, Kid, Killer (?)
Volume 101 - Kaido, Nami, Sanji, Franky, Brook (?)

We already sorta know what Volume 100 will be:

We already see Ace, Sanji, Luffy and Zoro in cover 100 along with Ace.

Also makes sense Yamato would be in Volume 100

Looks like we won’t get the traditional Villian cover for Wano.

We might get a Hero cover for the final Wano volume, but from the looks of it Yamato is/could make it for the Cover of Volume 101.

We keep saying "top 50 spread" but do we know as fact that's actually what its going to be? Or is it going to be a couple different pieces over couple months? Or those guys all getting playing with animals covers?

"One big color spread" sounds great to me and its a reasonable assumption given past contests but do we actually KNOW that? I don't think his message specified that specifically, just that he'd be doing something with all the winners soon. (And it sounds like it won't be in the issue that prints the results, or I think they would have announced that specifically?)
