@sabinis:
If Zoros strength is greater than Kidds power then he surely can.
If he was able to send a slash at Isshou while being pressed down by gravitation I do think he should be even able to use to his advantage Kidd trying to pull him toward himself.
Also Haki used on swords should be able to interfere with Kidds power, especially given that Zoros talent for haki is said by Oda to be CoA.
Well it'd be a bit different if Kidd was simply trying to disarm Zoro.
When Issho was pressing Zoro down with gravity, he was able to escape by breaking through with a slashing motion (and the muscles it employs) that he's been training for over a decade.
If Kidd tried to disarm him, he'd be using a different set of muscles in a different way, so we don't know if he'd be able to prevent it.
Also, in terms of using CoA as defense ;
1) We don't know if it can act as a shield from a DF power that simply augments an existing force, rather than being a pure DF skill.
Defending against Law's Ope Ope no Mi powers, which are steeped in DF power is one thing, defending against a natural force like magnetism (although produced by a DF) is a whole other story.
2) If 1 isn't an issue, Zoro would still need to produce and maintain CoA strong enough to resist Kidd's DF abilities and maintain it constantly, all over his swords, for a prolonged period of time. Easier said than done.

@maxterdexter:
I'm scared about franky, we don't know if wapometal is magnetic, but I doubt that he doesn't have any steel on him.
I'm totally blanking on whether Franky ever explicitly stated that his new design was made from wapometal?
