It's a fair comparison. Enel's fruit is vastly superior to Caribou's, granting him better speed, attacks, and other abilities, but he's just as unused to getting hit as Caribou. Enel was totally shocked when someone could hit him, and there's no way he'd have learned about Haki on the moon. Between the strong powers, people able to use Mantra on him, and CoA users, Enel's in for a beautifully rude awakening if he returns.

Yeah, avoid the guy who can teleport and push air towards you at insane speeds, and block pretty much anything thrown at him.

If he wasn't so soundly defeated, I'd think so, but there was a very big and dramatic beating, plus the "power sense" of CoO.
Oda put him in a bounty category only shared with Ace, just out of the dificulty of catching him (Mantra+Thunder fruit), not out of his parentage, asociation with the strongest man of the world, past pirating deeds, etc.

We have like 73 pages of discussion already and maybe it would be good idea to try and predict what Oda will include in next chapter?
I think that Trebol will go down to Cabbage as there is nothing for him to do there just standing around and Doflamingo might order him to do something with people below and he will finish up Law and then Strawhat, we will see that Trebol going to lower levels and conclusion to Luffy vs Bellamy.
I expect that things will heat up and we will get chapters concentrated on Kyros vs Diamante, Pica vs Zoro, Trebol vs Cabbage and Luffy vs Doflamingo.
Also Bartolomeo vs Gladius will probably be clear next chapter.

My counter argument would be that Oda has too many plots already to conclude them in satysfying manner in the next ten years of manga, or something along those lines. (Time estimation not mine, but editor)
And Oda himself said that he would like to restrain himself, as far as multiple plots go, because otherwise One Piece would never end.

There's also the not unreasonable expectation something in his cover story needs to tie into the main story to bring the Straw Hats information they need, though I can see little reason for him to serve as antagonist again. He got his dream, maybe he will just stay on up there.
Maybe Oda could just send down a moon-robot with a message from him or have Urouge introduce such knowledge.
The space-pirates as aliens are a step I think Oda took a little too far opening up a whole can of worms about the OP world's place in that universe. Though the idea there is an alien-creating Devil Fruit or something makes me twitch a bit to consider as well.

I dont think that Gladius will fall next chapter thats one thing.
Second thing is that Oda can restrain himself but its not like he will fit exactly in time frame he set up for himself. If you want to quote Oda(if you qote Oda it doesnt make you auto-right) like that you can miss fact that he can at best plan an arc ahead in detail but he cant set up exact amount of chapters and a lot things change over time for artist. But Okay, I am getting used to you disagreeing with me in most of things
I would love if after One Piece finishes up we can get some data on islands in OP world that we seen and didnt seen, DF encyclopedia in volume format etc. Oda can finish his story and share unused material that he wanted to put in story but didnt because of limiting him time.

Reason for those Robots on Moon might be that somebody was a genious devil fruit user before Vegapunk I think that Vegapunk is user of DF that makes him be 500 years ahead of world.
Previous person could possibly build ancient weapons and hide them and perhaps nobody touched that DF since lost century till Vegapunk gotten it. Robots being guardians of ancient weapon
builded by previous "genious of era" that didnt came as far as Vegapunk though.
All is loose ideas so dont bash/ look too much into it people. Just some possible ways it could have been explained while being logical.

Unless there's another set of ruins with the same info on OPearth there should be a way to give that information.

He did considered himself an all power god after being killed, but lets not forget that Oda depicted a different Enel on his cover story as far as we can see, he might still consider himself as an all powerful god, but he might also learn to be more compassion and humble toward his companions and who serve him and on top of it all he might actually learn one thing or two about the Void Century that might shape his way of thinking.

Pirates in Grandline didn't even know haki, so you can't base on few scrubs of pirates not knowing haki means others don't, Oda hasn't even shown most top tier pirates on blue sea using haki then.
Anyways, from here on forward I will find it impossible for a top tier or strong guy, pirate or no pirate not being able to use COA haki.

Neither is gonna own the NW all by himself and take down WG, both ideas are just silly, I also have the impression that he's gonna be taken down by someone who will need to get hyped, simply because I believe Luffy's words to Enel "there's a lot of stronger people than you in the blue sea" are something Enel is gonna find out to be true, and he's gonna find that out the painfull way.
