LoL you will worry about it when it actually comes. I'm a hardcore fan aswell (I think), but ten years is long enough for many new great series to appear. You might just find something else to follow with the same passion.

There's no point to bring back old villains unless they are future allies for Luffy. There are enough strong new villains for luffy in present and future for old villains to return stronger and better to fight him again.

But this is One Piece. The fruits at this point do whatever they want. It's not that farfetched to think Enel can reprogram the pacifistas. Just look at Sugar. A fruit that turns people into toys can:
Make the user stay young (wtf!)
Make people forget you entirely (wtf!)
Make the victim obey the user, no control over themselves (wtf!)
Knocking out the user wont reverse it, you have to scare them to make them pass out (wtf!)
Haki can't even protect you
the user can create giant toys that are mostly impervious to damage (makes sense)

I was amazed with some other mangas though I didnt found any other comparably good to this one that comes out so often.
Other good mangas come out rarely compare to One Piece. Oda is doing insane work with this series.

True, not all paramecia DF's have tacked on weird abilities like Sugar's a but enough of them do to justify it.

Even at that, Lucci's really advanced usage of Rokushiki seemed to be able to bypass Luffy's blunt defence as a rubber man, so there might actually be some elements of Haki in there.
Rokuogan kinda reminds me of Ashigara Dokkoi.

It's a fun idea, but just a just a little too much for me. What's he going to do, change a 1 into a 0 by zapping a transistor and then do that a billion more times in the right sequence while somehow knowing what each change does? He'd have an easier time just learning how to program.

Yeah, avoid the guy who can teleport and push air towards you at insane speeds, and block pretty much anything thrown at him.

What if Enel can reprogram them in the essence of making them go berserk? He could overcharge and burn some stuff like the Strawhats did in Sabody and make them go rampaging and won't be under anyone's control anymore.

His relevancy will mostly involve the stuff he obtained in his cover story.

Its 50mln more than Cabbage has even as captain and with Hakuba slaughtering civilians.

If Luffy had met Caribou before the timeskip, chances are that he would give as much of a hard time as Enel or Crocodile.
Enel would fry any non logia on impact, haki or no haki. He might get knocked out, but thunder is thunder.

It's a fair comparison. Enel's fruit is vastly superior to Caribou's, granting him better speed, attacks, and other abilities, but he's just as unused to getting hit as Caribou. Enel was totally shocked when someone could hit him, and there's no way he'd have learned about Haki on the moon. Between the strong powers, people able to use Mantra on him, and CoA users, Enel's in for a beautifully rude awakening if he returns.

I think Enel is going to do something pretty big on the moon. I can see Vegapunk helping the straw hats convert the Sunny into a rocket, so they can travel to the moon and check out what he's doing. A space arc would be a good break from the chaos going on in the story and it would be a ridiculously fun adventure.

I wouldn't mind that, but then you'd have people using the same arguments they used against Skypeia, saying it is filler because it has no real impact on the sea.

The Shichibukai in general seem aware of the strength of the New World, they don't try too hard to test themselves against it.
Jinbei & Hancock aren't interested.
Mihawk does but only looks for certain kinds of fights. Certainly he was unafraid of sparring with Yonko Shanks.
Doflamingo essentially works for Kaido & Gekko got schooled so bad by him he ran back to the Grandine & hid.
Teach & Law had agendas & we may never know Kuma's story completely.
