Guys I am sorry but I have a thing that will change the world and history forever. I need your help for this.

I'm talking about some of the experiences of what happened. What you're saying is rather obvious. You're happy with an author taking an incredible amount of time without throwing us a bone of what is happening for the sake of mystery/intrigue and completely overdoing it, others clearly are not.
We have an idea of what those experiences were. Luffy was stuck in a island with 500 or so animals he couldn't defeat at the time. You can guess what he did in relation to that.
Sometimes, things are just better left to imagination. And in other times a few things are slowly revealed with the present narrative when the time is right like Robin knowing Sabo & Koala (which would be incredibly spoilerish if that was told earlier). It's not hard to believe that similar things might happen (Brook is another example. Remember all the different experiences he told about while explaining his new powers, but only did when he needed to use them).
Zoro gets a scar? Not surprising considering who he was training with and we can easily imagine what happened. At the same time, if it turned out that Zoro got a scar for reasons that are not yet to be revealed like a spoiler character or technique, Oda will reveal that when the time is right.
Did Sanji defeat or even fight Ivankov? Reveal that when Sanji beats somebody that reminds him of Ivankov or when Ivankov himself reappears to comment on the Straw Hats or when Sanji decides to use Okama Kenpo as a last resort (because he needed to learn it to obtain the recipe). :ninja:

I think my problem with this arc is that I really don't know who most of gladiators are. I imagine this latest chapter would have been more powerful if I really knew who this giant fella was. I don't know if it's just me not really paying that much attention to the gladiators or if the manga just hasn't spent a lot of time with them.

I never cared about Dagame, but I sure was expecting a lot more from Suleiman and pretty much got nothing from the guy.

Yep I bought the volume recently. In an SBS Oda explains that it is a Newkama Kenpo technique. He also says that it is not haki related.
Of course the big head makes the attack stronger.

No one has stated that they needed to reveal the entire story. It's obvious that the most important parts of what they achieved or did during the two year timeskip will be revealed at the most crucial times. In regards to leaving it completely to the imagination other than those very specific parts.. well I suppose I completely disagree. Not that things should not be left to the imagination, rather this case in particular.
You are content with waiting years & years to get some basic answers but to me this (among other things) has been dragging on forever. Even fighting wise while certainly not the priority of most importance, it's strange that we still don't have a clue how strong any of them are since no one but Sanji have went all out.. again 3-4 years later. It will take another year or two to find out how strong they are. For a story that resolves a lot of the issues via fighting, that's too long for me.

Just because Law losing an arm might have been inspired by real life events, doesn't mean the fiction will closely follow reality to the last detail.
Law's threat in battle would be more than halved if he lost an arm. Then again, maybe that's Oda's answer to the fruit's hax status. Still, being hax as it is, it should allow for reattachment of limbs.

I'm sure Law can still reattach his arm, but maybe Law can no longer reattach his arm after a certain amount of time has passed and if that's the case, the time he has to do so is shorter than usual because it's just laying there on the ground. Another way Oda could avoid Law regaining his arm is if he had someone destroy the arm.

Arms or not, I just don't think Law is going to be permanently handicapped by such a trick. It's something Oda would not do.
