As far as I remember, there's a toy dog showing the "human disease". I think that one is also not under a contract. I might be wrong though.
The way i understood it is that the humans say toys "behaving that way" have the human disease.
Remember: the humans have forgotten all about the toy's "human lives" but the toys haven't. When the toys try to tell the humans of who they actually are (in human form), they are pointed out as having the human disease.
That seems different then the Toy soldier's case, to me. Like the other toys, he remembers all of his human form BUT doesn't have to obey like the rest of the toys.

Certainly didn't expect sugar to be bad-ass but did see the dwarves naivete coming into play.
I didn't imagine that smile had to be grown like a plant but it was pretty interesting. wonder where they are keeping manshelly though. Never was a fan of ussops cowardice and this chapter exemplified why. What i really do want to see is whats going on with the other straw hats cause all of them are in a pinch at the moment and their situations are much more interesting than whats going on at the factory although whats happening underground is very important plot wise since the whole point of the arc was to assault and destroy the factory so as to destroy doffy. But that doesn't make it as fun to read as doffy vs luffy or zoro and luffy vs pica or franky vs marines and execs or sanji and the crew vs bigmom would be.

I'd ask you to name your reasons if I didn't know that you couldn't possibly do it anyway.
When I first seen Trebol I was 100% sure he is Sanjis enemy for Dressrosa arc- when he shown his speed at moment when Baby 5 was calling for him I said to myself he is perfect to show off Sanjis training.
Shame really that Sanji is for 99.99% very far from Dressrosa atm and this fight probably will not happen.. Vergo was presumably right hand man of Doflamingo, so he might have been even slightly stronger than Trebol is and Sanji in damaged body did pretty well against Vergo outside of tanking one kick when he could have dodged it(also Vergo has metal paramecia wooohoooo 
).
Trebol still feels for me like perfect VS Sanji.. Maybe Oda will pull of some twist with Sanji showing up and Dressrosa as all I can see is Ussop saving the day and making Sugar faint but I cant see anyone there being able to KO someone like Trebol who seems to be in Monster Trio/ Law league of fighters so to say. Robin was good this chapter but she is leagues behind Trebol.
Also as for Trebols ability for me I would still say he is paramecia like Magellan and I still seen nothing for me to change my mind. He did not shoot out of his finger any of his element if anybody wants to use it as argument, just elongated his finger with crazy speed and its end gotten thin enough to pierce through that big flys head. So I would say that as he is changing his shape he looks more like flubber-like element than logia and I would still stcik to that(pun intended).
As for Pica with his assimilating stone and going into bigger form I would say he is logia, comparing him for example to how Cesar assimilated Shinokuni at end of Punk Hazard and gotten quite bigger, while being able to control gas that became part of him.
All in all nice chapter but end with Trebol just throwing that ship wasnt anything special enough to left me on edge of seat wanting more. Ussop will be fine, he will shoot Sugar and make her fain in a ways that we dont know yet- some new seeds being used would be a sight to see. Ussop is nice match for Sugar as she is very CQC oriented character and Ussop is probably best long range fighter in Strawhats. Also Trebols sniping ability put to shame Ussop in this chapter ;) so he needs proper show off. Maybe we will even see his new Sogeking form(hope that it will not happen though, I would like with this awesome moment for first Yonko arc).
So this week of wait will not be hard to endure for me. Suprisingly..
We all know it's gonna be Usopp and Robin vs Trev cause noses.

Ussop probably saved the day and gulp was for that spicy thing to land and be swallowed by her.
I would laugh if she gulped on this spice and at same moment when she was having her throat burned by it and in shock- Trebol landed a ship on her and KOed her himself

I really believe that you're gravely underestimating SteveSugar there. Only her body is ten years old and even that was shown to be irrelevant in this very chapter. There's absolutely no reason to believe she'd be scared of the building.

If you watch carefully, the one who says "gulp" is Robin. Since she realized that her plan failed and Sugar was telling Trebol that it was a trap

I liked this chapter. Both Trebol and Sugar really help to make the Donquixote family seem like the threat they're supposed to be. I'm wondering what the limitations of Sugar's contract making are though. Apparently she has to say the word 'contract' before giving it, but I wonder if there's a time limit after she's turned someone into a toy for it to apply. I also find it interesting that this contract is different from the others. These toys will only obey her, not the rest of the family. Will she be able to change that later, or is the contract set once it's made?
Robin was also cool this chapter. I wonder if she can switch her real body with the copy like Moria could with his shadow. Since she feels what the other body feels anyway I don't think that would be too out-there as a possibility, and it would basically allow her to teleport, which would be awesome.
I'm also keen on Bian's fruit. IIRC it was the hornet model, and the Japanese giant hornet is a hella freaky insect (it's technically the most deadly animal in Japan, based on the number of deaths a year it causes). It's also a carnivore, which Lucci implied gives it more potency in amplifying the dwarves already prodigious strength. I hope she gets to play more than a support role in this fight. Same with Leo, though I find his fruit less interesting.

robin's "gigantesco mano" are strong enough,she was able to move Oars's arm behind his back,and that was probably heavier than a ship….really robin seems the only one that can attack trebol without compromising the entire fiight because of his stickyness@O:
