I don't think the guy/women standing up was the one who unleashed that attack , I think the next chapter we are going to see an epic battle between the one standing up and the one who unleashed the attack. Not the greatest worded post on Arlong Park I know I hope it make a little bit of sense.

The scenes in this chapter and previous chapters all point to Rebecca as the one who is getting up, but the fact she was seen on the floor unconscious in one of the last panels and this Meadow theory makes me think it might not be her. Who knows really…

Seems plausible. I'm definitely not going to rule it out. But, if that were the case. The one standing up would be one of the contesters who took the attack.

I think Meadows being the winner is plausible (and I can't wait to freaking find out) but I'm not convinced. I'm definitely not convinced that he's Kaido, as I couldn't see Oda pulling out so many punches, as far as character reveals go, so close to each other. (he just showed Sabo 2 chapters ago) Though I could be wrong, i don't think I am.
