Oda hasn't put out as many chapters this year. It makes sense for there to be a fourth month between 72 and 73.

Given the situation in the current events I suspect we are going to get a baroque works/CP9 style cover with doflamingo and his top officiers, sbs question: have we had a chibi whitebeard yet?

Some of Doflamingo's top people haven't been fully introduced yet. No way in hell are we getting the Baroque Works/CP9 covers just yet. Maybe in a volume or two once we actually know all the key players, and haven't only just seen glimpses of them.

Looking forward to the general release window of this volume. Give or take a few weeks.

Law and Doflamingo on either side, then, in the background, Luffy's shocked face while holding the colloseum bars, with Fujitora sitting on his free trunk. Green Bit is in the far background with the Sunny and Big Mom's ship on either side.
I predict some sort of symmetry regarding the opposing forces, considering a good portion of these chapters is dedicated toward Law vs. Doflamingo.

Yeah I know - I meant it more as Dofla standing with the gun and Law on his knees on the other end of the cover, not Dofla pointing it at him. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
