Day 21: Favourite Luffy fight: Without a doubt would have to be Luffy vs Lucci. The raw strength behind that fight as the two pushed themselves to the very limit to fight for what they believe in was just incredible.
Honourable Movie Mention: Luffy vs Gasparde was pretty epic.
Day 20: All of Franky's ridiculous modifications.
Day 21: Luffy vs. Enel
Day 21: Luffy vs Lucci @ Enies Lobby without a doubt.
It still stands to be one of Luffy's most impressive displays of his determination, skill, strength, and willpower. His role as Captain was justified 1000 times over because he was able to endure his most exhausting battle he's ever had so far, protect his crew, and rescue Robin. The stakes were higher than they've ever been at that point in the story and for a long time it really seemed as though Luffy had finally met his match.
Plus, Mayumi Tanaka's final yell during the Jet Gatling never fails to give me chills and expertly showcases the desperation and passion Luffy had put into that last attack. Luffy was so far beyond his limit and he absolutely NEEDED the Jet Gatling to be enough for the finishing blow otherwise he'd lose everything. Overall it just really blew me away when I first saw it and still does to this day and made me really admire Luffy's character.
Since he first popped out of that barrel during his humble days as a common pirate, who would've thought he'd become such a notorious captain and end up challenging the entire World Government while simultaneously defeating one of it's most powerful and legendary agents by himself?
The whole fight really just put Luffy's entire adventure so far into perspective for me.
TL;DR: That Lucci fight was pretty cool man…
HM: Luffy's entire struggle to save Ace, since Amazon Lily all the way to Marineford. It was Luffy vs. the World basically.

Favorite Luffy fight: Luffy vs. Usopp. Great character moment as a captain for Luffy.
Honorable mention: Luffy vs. Lucci. Lucci wasn't very interesting, but the fight had a great finale with some nice action, showing off gear 3rd and Luffy just ending up going all out. Luffy vs. Z. I love how it ended up just a plain fist fight by the end.

Day 22: Favourite One Piece Animal: Kung-Fu Dugongs, those little guys are awesome.
Day 22: The Sea Monkies after Skypiea.

Day 21: Kung-Fu Dugongs. It's all in the name. What more needs to be said? Also South Birds, because I'm obligated to pick at least one bird. An animal that only points its head in one direction is such a simple, yet inspired idea.
Day 22: Luffy vs. Lucci is pretty damn incredible from start to finish, but it's that grand finale that makes it. Also, the conclusion to the final Luffy vs. Croc battle is one of the most memorable moments of the entire anime.
Day 21: Luffy vs Lucci such an amazing fight not only my favorite Luffy fight but my favorite one piece fight.
Day 22: Yagara bulls
They are way too cute, and would be fun to ride.

Day 23: If we're talking about annoying characters I like, Wanze and Foxy. I'm actually kinda disappointed that he didn't get more screen time. As far annoying characters I don't particularly like? Wapol. Guy's just an asshole.
Day 23: Wanze by far. I agree with korobka, Wapol was a dick, but Wanze was an annoying idiot who got in the way of a good arc.

Day 21: Favorite Luffy Fight
Mine was Luffy vs Crocodile (Round 1) because it was Luffy's very first loss in the series and it showed Luffy that he couldn't just rely on beating his enemies without some sort of gameplan.
Honorable Mention: Luffy vs Lucci because it determined whether or not Robin was going to be able to safely return to the Straw Hats and also held the lives of the other Straw Hats in the palm of this fight's hand as well (because if Lucci did win, every single SH would've been executed by now).
Day 22: Favorite Animal
The kung-fu dewgong from Alabasta. It knows Arnament Haki (although non-canon). Need I say more?! Not to mention, it's so adorable whenever it takes punching lessons from Luffy.
Honorable Mention: Chimney's pet "cat" Gonbe. It was so hilarious with its "nyan, nyan!" (the English dub for me).
Day 23: Most Annoying Character
Buggy. Especially during the Impel Down/Marineford arc. Particularly when he was talking about how he was going to kill Whitebeard. Whitebeard should have broke Buggy's big ass mouth into two. I don't see how the guy is Oda's favorite character nor do I see how he of all people could become a Warlord (I know why he's a Warlord, but he's the worst mistake the Marines could ever make when they NBA drafted chose Buggy).
Honorable Mention: Motherfucking Tashigi, but the reason why I didn't put her for most annoying is because I already put her for the character I hate the most.
Day 23: Pappug, time skip just made him worse somehow.

Most annoying character: Papugg's antics in the anime version of Fishman Island made him really annoying, the filler stuff with him and his voice. He's barely there in the manga, don't have a problem with him there.

Day 24: One Piece town, kingdom or island you'd like to live in
Drum Kingdom, I like the winter that much.
Day 24: (Starting early again, I see.) There's quite a few locations in the One Piece world that seem appealing to live in…at first. That's how it is any given fantasy or sci-fi story-- the world looks really pretty at an outward glance, but then you realise how much it sucks when you look below the surface. Of course, if I were going by that logic, my answer would be "none", so I'll just ignore all the crappy parts and focus on the positives. My answers are pretty much the same as my favourite locations in the OP world: Water Seven and Saboady. The latter in particular looks like it would be a hell of a lot of fun. Skypiea would be pretty neat, too.
Not sure I'd like to live anywhere controlled by the WG, seeing how they endorse slavery and murder.
And considering they apparently enslave the citizens of countries which refuse to join the WG, and the New World seems about as safe as the side of an active volcano.
So….Skypiea....post Enel of course.

Spend my days in a calm and peaceful cloud world (with dials and "Heso!" greetings) without having to worry about being electrocuted by a earlobed god. Also, no worrying about the WG.
Seriously, Chopper looked so comfy when the Straw Hats first checked out Angel Beach.
Day 20: Not sure if it's a "running" gag, but the Enel Face is always great.
Day 21: Luffy vs Arlong. That was awesome.
Day 22: Super spot-billed riding duck.
Day 23: None strongly felt.
Day 24: Skypiea's already been said, so I guess it would be Loguetown?
Day 24: I'd go with Drum, as well.
Day 24: Probably Drum Kingdom, although I am leaning more towards Skypiea now… So probably Skypiea.
