Well in theory both Robin and Bon Kurei were villains at one point. But their popularity is gained from their time spent as allies.
The last two finals both featured a villain(Enel, then Crocodile), with a good chance for it happening again this year with Doflamingo.
I'd ask for a Jinbe vs. Doflamingo final, but then knowing luck they'd wind up against each other next match
