Only thing I didn't quite like is that Tashigi should've cut down the young dragon. That would be a cool way to give her value :3, but maybe he will play a different role.Luffy runs so fast the ground BURNS…

I somehow don't think that Sanji will be the final opponent for Vergo. Fights between Vergo and Smoker and Law have been hyped too much. Maybe Vergo will be a strong enough opponent to warrant fighting with all of them?

And Luffy / Smoker interaction that is not hostile followed by a badass entrance! Nice. I also like the bit of continuity that Smoker always rings the doorbell / opens doors normally instead of kicking them in. Such a nice man!
I really wonder how Tashigi/Smoker/G-5 will think about the Strawhats after this arc...

I feel bad for Brownbeard. Ennemy or ally he's still just a tool. Next thing you know the Strawhats will demand drinks and meat during their strolling through the lab.
I kinda liked the little dragon but I guess it's going to get cut down for food. Hopefully they won't make a campfire on Brownbeard's back.
Sanji vs Vergo is nice but that just put Sanji in a bad position where he can be taken out by the gas along with Tashigi and Vergo. I wonder who Smoker will fight now, maybe he'll take up pom poms with Monet and cheer for their respective sides.
Hrm, Smoker the pom pom girl… There's got to be fanart of that!

If it is, then it would be a pun. He uses bamboo, and he's a 鬼畜 (kichiku, a cruel bastard). Spelled as 鬼竹 (kichiku, made up word) and read 鬼畜 (kichiku also, but mean a cruel sinister bastard).
….A Bamboostard! :)

wow luffy is really fast, lol'd at the interaction with smoker at the end probably my favorite bit of this arc so far. Sanji was awesome this chapter too.
Edit: I hope Sanji shows off Rankyaku against the rokushiki user Vergo. -

Still Sanji will lose for sure... I have no doubts that Vergo will go down by either Law or Smoker.
BTW seeing Vergo using Shigan he maybe is a hadn to hand combatant as CP9... it will be an interesting fight
