If I'm not mistaken any space hit by The Hand's right hand is erased. It's basically Vanilla Ice's Stand Cream plus physical strength that, if I'm remembering right, is more or less on par with Josuke's Crazy Diamond.
The Hand is unbelievably powerful yet Okuyasu didn't get used much.

I get that. I get that The Hand is powerful. How would you use it that Okuyasu didn't? Are you just bemoaning Okuyasu's lack of screen time?

It's an one hit kill, of course he can't realy put it to good use, the story would need over the top villians as mooks for that. Or stands like his brother's, multiple body kind.

No, you've missed what I've said entirely.
I'm saying I do find it genuinely amusing that he has this extraordinary Stand and, in direct contrast to the reader's expectation, doesn't really become adept with it simply because Okuyasu isn't bright, which in itself is also a nice contrast from the usual JoJo protagonists that are combat experts with Stands that may or may not actually be realistically useful.It's just an intentionally funny twist on the usual JoJo standard that I adore.

Seems like them… kinda sad IMO. Having 6 characters from part 3 is too much considering the game will probably not have a lot of characters. I hope all the main bad guys (well... maybe not Diavolo) are in this and aren't cut in favor of a generic character like Abdul.

Honestly, six characters per part seems fairly reasonable.

My only "complaint" is that I won't be able to have matches of Old Joseph vs Young Joseph like in the last JoJo fighting game, just to bend over the space/time continuity a bit~
But jokes aside I really do hope some of the other parts get roughly a 6 character per part roster (though that'd be a bit difficult with Phantom Blood). I'd imagine all of the major villains from each part would appear though.

That's all that's confirmed now. We Just got confirmation that PART 3 DIO will be in the game. They're rolling out character reveals slowly. So, It's possible another form of Dio may be in the game, as a costume at least if nothing else, but we have no information on it yet whatsoever.

You're right, it looks zoomed. I think it came from the same source I finally got the one I'm using from (Screenshot from a 1080p version of the trailer)
This one is a little bigger, but noticeably blurrier.I was just hoping the same sources that have been releasing those clean pics of the Character models also might have gotten a press kit from NamcoBandai with the HD version. Oh well. Thanks for that tho.

You all have way too much expectations for the roster. 6 characters x 7 part + Jojolion = 43 which is completely not likely for the first fighting game of a series. Expect something like 20 characters, maybe 25 since the series is 25 years old.

Yes, it's the first game of the series. The other one wasn't made by the same company and they don't have the same system. The work on all the characters has to be done from the ground-up, not like old series were they have less work on old characters.
And it would not be the first time a fan-based figthing game has odd choices of characters. Plus part 3 is the most popular, has already a fighting game based around it (so they could "copy" character's movesets) and the characters have the blandest (so easiest for creating movesets) powers so I wouldn't be shocked if they choose to include many characters from it…
Let's face it: ressources for developping a videogame are limited and fighting games are on of the most difficult genre to create ... if you want to do it well. Considering the developpers, it's possible they will include many characters but the game would most likely be unbalanced and not really a deep fighting game like they claim it.
I agree with you: there's a lot characters more deserving and having to be include in a game like this... but 40+ characters is a lot, even for a long running series, so don't expect too much or you'll be disappointed.

YESYESYESYESYESYESYES! Excellent! Anything misgivings I had are pretty much gone. The only thing wrong with that trailer is that, for some reason, the Emerald Splashes were moving at a leisurely pace. They're supposed to be high velocity projectiles, I hope they didn't mess up Hierophant Green.
