Its possible it never expired with funimation and they just simply don't air it anymore because its not the rating behemoth it used to be (and CN hates anime now.) But I assumed since Nick has DBZ Kai…. or Funi is good sports about it, given all the other shows of theirs they air.

Gundam Wing tho I know for fact the rights expired years ago, along with Tenchi and Outlaw Star.

The real kicker is seeing Tom again, really.

Even if it did, that'd be on Williams Street's shoulders not CN. Its there baby, and since AS split off from the main channel for their own block its there call on what to do with it.
