Yeah, I can understand that, but still… it seems a bit odd. I just genuinely don't understand why he does something normal now when he's used ShariRinneGans at every other point. Not to mention they're original powers might actually make sense here.
Even worse...he showed us the pictures, and the only difference seems to be the nose. Probably just aesthetic purposes, but meh.
The problem with plots like this is the design style of this show doesn't seem to have much of a variation in the features of characters. Kinda the same as Bleach. So changing a nose apparently is so drastic to these characters. Same goes with clothing choices….So many of the characters have that androgynous look, but nobody even knew Haku was a boy till it was stated. Glasses probably also make a difference...It's the Superman problem all over again lol. Lois Lane you dingbat, you gaze into Superman's face every time you fall off a building but you can even tell that he's Clark Kent who's face you'd been up close with for years lol.
Even though they at some time swapped out Kabuto's pictures for a dude with a huge nose, Kabuto should have been old enough that his features after puberty wouldn't be able to change that much. That last picture looks like a dude in his 30's. I think that woman is just stupid.
