It's kinda sad that I had to look up a tutorial video in order to find my Inbox in YouTube.

You see, Youtube was perfectly fine when Google bought it.

But now the people who work on it have to prove that they're working on something to their Google bosses, so they make pointless changes, add and take away features, and basically do everything in their power to make things less straightforward, so they'll have something "to fix".

I don't know how my day is going to be as I'm just awake BUT today is the start of the new premier league season so I will probably be out drinking with a pal watching football all day….then bowling after, thats my prediction.

Just finished soldering my headphone jack, again. The wire that broke off's a bit singed but it does work when I put it on.

And yeah I waited until it cooled off. Mind you not sure if some of you have ever tried to use a soldering gun in one hand and have a headphone jack with wires needing to be all bent differently to reach in the other. Had to hold the end of the jack in one pair of pliers, and then squeeze another one around the first plier's handle so the grip would hold and it still fell over quite alot. Which is how accidents happen I guess but my mother wouldn't give a monkey's if I asked her to hold it for five seconds.

Still, managed to do it (hopefully) well.

I´m back from the mass, it was good, I was a little lost..but in the end it was fine.

It was good to stay with both my parents for a time.

I left my laptop in my friends living room last night when i went to bed, and this morning i discovered that the space bar is very stuck down and unresponsive. (Typing out this comment is proving an effort right now.)

Apparently someone spilled a drink at some point last night, but i was assured that my laptop was out of harms way.
But this kind of button problem has happened before with a coke can, so i have my suspicions.

I know that someone at least used my laptop last night because my recycle bin has been jokingly re-named 'gay porn',
which is something my friend always does when he's on it.

The button thing itself doesn't bug me that much (most of the non-forum sites i use only require clicking and scrolling, and i'll be getting a pc soon anyways), but the thing that does bug me is the fact that no matter how innocently, calmly or nicely i'll ask about the button, everyone is just going to deny touching my laptop at all and laugh it off.

It's the principle of the matter.
I left my personal possession with them, and when i collected it it wasn't in the same condition as when i left it.
Explanation IS required.

I'd imagine flying in a helicopter is a very different experience to flying in a plane, especially a large commercial airliner (or even, y'know, Ryanair). You'd probably get to see a lot more, which might explain why it felt natural? Or as natural as leaving the ground behind in a metal box that floats by spinning other pieces of metal around really fast can be natural, anyway.

Today I have watched some football, bought a 3DS XL with Fire emblem (loving it), Went for coffee and cake, watched new episode of one piece (yay) and caught up highlights of last nights UFC event….Chael sonnen...what a guy. All in all today has been great so far, shame I'm back to work tomorrow after a fab week off of laziness for forum bumming around.

I've been rewatching Doctor Who. Pretty much all I did for the last week.
And I finally got to the point I once dropped it.
And I remember. I finally remember WHY I dropped it.

Series 4 Episode 10 (Midnight) was pretty hard to watch. Not because it's a bad episode, I just couldn't. watch.
Then along came Episode 11 (Turn Left). That one was downright PAINFUL to watch. Honest to God physically hurting.
And then, inevitably, the new Doctor showed up, and I couldn't. I was NOT ready to keep watching when Series 5 started. So I didn't.

Ah, but then again, I also had needed a year or two after the ninth doctor.
BUT this time will be easier, since I now have a friend I can share all the feels with. Bless her.

Torchwood gradually gets better and then gets a whole lot worse. Whether it peaked at series 2 or Children of Earth is a matter of debate.

I've only watched the first two seasons, but it's a solid show. Definitely a lot… darker, I guess you can say, than Who. And most of the main characters are fairly uninteresting, except for Jack of course, he really is the lifeblood of the show. But I'd say give the first season a watch.
