Nautilus, I've added you - If I see you online we'll play Warriors 1 together if you want. Got those damn friend coins and have a blast - I've posted a fair amount of videos recently with co-op stuff for Warriors 1 - I've played the demo now - really nice and slick - Law is taking a while to get used to, as he requires his room setup to do just about anything, but Shambles is a good laugh.

Even though Zoro and Usopp are co-op partners only, it's nice to see some of their moves I've been testing out tonight.

Usopp has Trampolina, which is pretty fun to bounce enemies into

The Vita is region free. So most games should work. Try asking in the Sony thread, might be someone who imported lol

If it keeps Luffy from cycling through 800 different moves and having twice as many musou bars as anyone else again, its all for the good.

I'd have no problem with THREE Luffy options, honestly, as diverse and move-saturated as he is. (Gear two being an alt mode you only get for 5 seconds after super charging your musou for a long time sucks… there's no time to enjoy it.)

I'd be down for alternate Usopps as well, since the 5 seconds you get to play Sogeking he controls completely different from regular Usopp, and will no doubt be different again from plant spewing Usopp.

The small time you get to play as Zoro when using nakama strike was pretty damn fun, his moveset seems very good.

Played the demo a few times. Seeing how awesome Post-TS Luffy, Usopp and Zoro movesets are, I don't think I will play much with their Pre-TS version.
It reminds me of Gigant Battle 2 where I never played with their Pre-TS versions.

Carnibeetle: the Vita version should work on any Vita, however you won't be able to access the Japanese PSN to buy/dl DLC without a Japanese account. But I doubt that's a problem. If you're really worried about the possibility of it not working, I'm buying both versions (PS3+Vita) so I can tell you if it doesn't work on my American Vita once the game comes out.

I would much rather have him as an attack than as he was before. It was hard to control and turn him around and he swings his arm like a caveman with a club.

That at least makes some sense and ties into the character as an ultimate move. Monster Chopper being playable all the time as a flat out alt selection would be kind of funky.

Whereas Usopp changing his mask and using dials shouldn't time out… and Luffy simply needs alts because he has so many moves and modes.

I hope this means that all of the SHs will have more than two special attacks.

It is kinda weird at first to play as Law. But once you get use to the whole "Room" thing it is actually really fun. Certain buttons set up rooms at certain distances and once you figure out that it is really easy to play as him.

Correct-o-mundo. Also, I found his stop and start nature a bit concerning at first. He has a whole different rhythm to his attacks. I like his R2 attack in which it creates a room which lasts for a while, and pulls enemies into it - allowing you to chain otherwise 'normal strikes' into a ready-made room. All the whirling of enemies around in the room is nice, and I believe given some time, he'll show his quality. Also when you unlock more of his moves in the full version that will be a nice plus.

I've been playing alot of Warriors 2 demo and Warriors 1 today, along with Enel16, again thank you for the matches, and was wondering if they'll have coins which help your character unlock new/different moves like in Pirate Warriors 1 -

Usopp having Kabuto and dials - gives him all sorts of fun new attacks
Zoro having different combinations of swords as coins, giving him Nitoryu and Santoryu style moves.
I believe there are some for Nami (which I haven't unlocked yet) and I noticed a Cola Bottle for Franky…

Like these, can you think of any 'new' or recent items/upgrades which may help the characters to add further flair? Perhaps not, since you can hardly call the New World arcs full of upgrades.

my only wish for this game and all other musou games is for them to make all the mini boss allies and enemies to be become much more active and fierce. they usually just walking around and do minor combos. i want them to relentlessly attack the fodder enemies like we do. i know that we should be the one who beat up those enemies because we're the player, but then again it is so much fun to see our allies beat up the fodder enemies as well instead of just walking around. maybe the should make our allies strength much weaker so even though they attack relentlessly, they wont kill all of the enemies.

Noticed on the demo that Law also has "room" for more musou bars.
That can eitheir mean that more characters will have more than two musou attacks or that depiste only having two different musou attacks you can now store more musou bars, which would be very handy.
Either way is fine by me, the more the merrier.

Only if its successful and properly grows the fanbase up from the small niche it is right now. To do that, its going to have to get ratings as good as Bleach or Naruto… and that's harder for OP because it looks weird.

Yes obviously since Funimation is in control, just like how Naruto wasn't uncut a while back but now they want to show it to fit Adult Swim's Line up basically. I wouldn't mind One Piece starting over since it does take a while for Funimation to release volumes of it.

That's true but it wasn't distributed to toonami until after the Alabasta Arc since we all can remember that the One Piece Rap Intro stopped lol. But if they pick up where they left off then they would just finally made it to skypiea or the geyser or how ever you spell it that takes them to the sky.

So 2014 for UK? 2 of my sisters are hooked on one piece and have nearly caught up to it through manga and anime, but it would be a blast to watch it with them on tv. The only problem is that to entice new viewers in is that it only gets insane at arlong, which is 50-60 episodes in…
