I could see the 1 in intelligence as he doesn't really display creativity. He basically plows through everything. I wonder what he wrote on the original test. That's the only thing I can figure he could have sense of justice evaluated on since he's sometimes forced to play "bad guy" in public.

Nothing exists; even if something exists, nothing can be known about it. Even if something can be known about it,knowledge about it can't be communicated to others. Even if it can be communicated, it cannot be understood.

Yeah I wouldn't say he's not intelligent. But he as a reader has probably an average person's intelligence. As a HA they don't have the majority of his deeds recorded. And it also depends on how many people actually believed the rumor that he was piggy backing off S and A class heroes accomplishments. He's also very impatient lol and gives a lot of flippant answers and usually isn't listening to people. Which unfortunately is what a lot of people wind up seeing versus his more noble speeches.

Because the Hero's Association isn't very good at ranking people. Same reason that Saitama is B class and King is S class. They probably tested it by having them run a 10k or something.

Well the manga looks amazing and has tons of bonus chapters that didn't make it into the anime. So if you don't want to miss those you should start from the beginning.
Unless someone has a list of the bonus chapters.

I doubt most of the S class heroes had to go through the physical test, or any test for that matter. King for example was asked to enter the organisation, probably straight into S class due to his (Saitama's) achievements.

Nah King got the credit was because of his incredible (mis) fortune of being at pretty much every scene where Saitama was obliterating monsters, and so people assumed that, as they didn't even know Saitama was even on the scene, that King must've been the one to deal with the monsters.

I'm actually willing to bet the HA's assessment of heroes are in general pretty accurate.
Especially for heroes in rank A~C.Saitama, King, and Blast are exception to the rule, not the norm.

Ok, I'm caught up with the Murata version… Love this manga, oh my god, so fun!
Starting to read the ONE version now. The art took a noticeable downgrade lol. I honestly think this shows the strength of the Murata art in spades, because it's just so much funnier seeing Murata's really good art for most of a chapter, then BOOM, Saitama shows up and he's drawn derpy lol.
It's not as funny when everything's already kinda derpy.

Like next time we see Elder Centepide would be its corpse cut to pieces/ burned / melted and Engine Knight commenting that it was not as tough as he expected.

There are two types of monsters in Onepunch-Man. Naturally occurring ones like the Sea Folk and people that have transformed into them by becoming consumed by their devotion to a particular thing like shadow-boxing a lightcord or just really liking reptiles.
The Monster Association recognizes Garou as somebody well on the road to the latter.
