The truth is that during breaks, about the 2nd week w/o a chapter the chapter threads go haywire and its nearly a "anything goes" type of posts that begin to happen. I was at first surprised how slow this chapter's thread was going so slow. I was thinking something along these lines.. I also believe that Dolfa somehow is able to erase the memories of people, not all of it, but the parts he choose… I think there are few evidences that can back my theory up.

I'm quite sure that the fact he saved the stadium was not so random but he choosed to do it making such a big screen, I really don't think he is a #2 kids it would anyway not fit Oda style to create doubles, and even if he saved them by accident they could be happy he was there instead of booying the dude

Yes that is an excellent point that you have and I agree with it…but Barty(as much as I love him) rubs me a little different than Luffy does...all we can do at this point is wait for his true motives concerning 'protecting' people til it actually is talked about.
The size of the barrier is not a sign indicative of protection, more like it was him making sure he was completely covered...it was a pretty big blast radius after all...

Except given that we know basically nothing about his DF's nature you can't know that. And/or Oda simply didn't want to have the coliseum ruined and civilian causalities at this point. Also, isn't it confirmed that Bartolomeo targets civilians for the hell of it, much like Kidd? The guy really is just a douchebeg punk. He and Luffy are also nothing alike in the regard you mention either. Luffy is misunderstood and feared because of rumours and what's basically government propaganda against him and pirates as a whole. Barto on the other hand is clearly feared and hated because of his actual actions. Big difference.

That is the part I thought of that he could be as bad as Kidd IF its true that he was behind the broadcast. It could bad press that says he's responsible. Actaully it is psosblie to skewer a broadcast if all it showed was the event and didn't show Barto. Look again at the image, it says he bombard and set citizens ablaze and he was behind the distribution of the skewered pirate barbeque broadcast, it doesn't say he was in the broadcast. That could be true, he distributed that nasty piece of work or he could be misunderstood and was blamed for it
I am not denying the chance he could be a nasty piece of work - in fact I'm hoping for it since he's different than the other nutters (Kidd is just too serious) but I am not denying the there is a slim (and yes I do agree its very slim) chance he's not as bad as people think.

If I had to take a wild guess, I'd say he can create them anywhere in his general vicinity(and maybe beyond).
Not only that but we still don’t know who is making the bizarre noises aboard the Sunny. In addition, CP-AIGIS0 and Admiral Fujitora are conniving something on Dressrosa. This arc gives the impression of turning into an all out scuffle, a la Enies Lobby and Marineford, with all these major players in one location.

The ruffling on The Sunny is surely some one they know from a long time ago and weaklings from the sounds of it. If they were strong they wouldn't be noticed by Nami and the rest on The Sunny. We see people growing up like Cody well i think its gonna be like that…. Imagine princess Vivi and Carue or even Usopp's old crew they aspired to be pirates...... Also, as for this guy he's speaking cryptically about, I'm guessing it is probably the same guy Caribou was referring to regarding the information about shirahoshi being Poseidon. Perhaps they are working for 1 of the escaped Lvl 6 prisoners. They've not been mentioned at all since back at the end of Marineford - and we know these guys are really dangerous….
