First, the article talking about anime getting first look at post-skip Coby & Helmeppo, along with Oda's sketch of them and his setting, said "Coby learned the Rokushiki".
Then in the film Z issue 1000's rough sketch, drawn by Oda, says "Coby has mastered Rokushiki" and he also has advanced CoO. In Oda's own handwriting.
Nothing about his extent of mastery on other forms of haki though.Here, pics.
Oda's involvement has actual solid, on-paper-proof.

The question I'm wondering is what the plan is for Diamente or Doflamingo involving the tournament? Doflamingo wanted Luffy to be preoccupied/focused on the fruit and I'd assume having the devil fruit in the tournament is fine with Doflamingo. So this is just all a trap to capture Luffy? Or would Diamente not care and just let Luffy compete in the tournament?
That's my main curiosity though, which characters are going to get captured by the villains? That seems to halmost every arc, even if it's only temporary.
Sanji and Zoro's story can be interesting, but there's too many unknowns to make me want to speculate.

Why wouldn't he use his DF powers when Franky told him that he can go all out?
And even if Franky didn't tell him that, Luffy would still do as he pleases. -

Zoro will probably find his sword with the fairies knowing about the samurai, and sanji will somehow find a connection to the factory. This is if the factory destroying is side story leading up to eventual Dofla fight.
Dofla confronts Law, his fruit/factory/prisoner taken and main fight against luffy and law.
Edit: Admiral probably has to do something, maybe deal final blow to Dofla by taking out his crew should they try to turn the tournament into more than 1 v 1.
