That and he also appears to be somewhat indestructable by reattaching his arms like they were never severed.
But was vaccine man his work? I don't really remember him being mentioned as a manifestation of "God," just mother nature's wrath was his explanation.

I was looking to remind myself who Vaccine Man was, and I found this guy's page:

How does he at all "resemble a typical giant" from Shingeki no Kyojin? At best he's similar to Berthold because he's a giant and is showing his muscles and bones. SHOCKING.
Just some people editing wikis by grasping at straws to fill content for a character that showed up for one chapter, I s'pose. The rest of that wiki is otherwise barebones without those straws.

I REALLY like this arc. Garou's concept makes me laugh because he's merely a guy fed up with the "status quo" of hero stories, and he's causing all of this mayhem in spite.
I think he's giving Sasuke the avenger a run for his money.

It's really great, all this stuff that usually gets portrayed seriously in comics is just there for ONE to be made fun of
