Also there's nothing to spoil since we already saw what Garou looked like in the latest translated chapters.

Yep, Garou is turning out to be a great counterpart to Saitama's silly and mute character. They are both breaking down the rules of the superhero game from separate sides.
In all its wackiness Onepunch-Man could be considered a japanese version of Watchmen.

Lightspeed Flash is… well, in my mind, he's basically Speed of Sound Sonic's brother. The names are identical, as are the power sets.

! He's obviously breaking through limits, but what sets Saitama and him apart I think is the outtake on life.
He couldn't really answer Saitama's question of what the end goal he has in mind.
It's that lack of resolve and determination, is probably why Saitama told him it's over, there's no way for him to win.
! Also… that mutation of Garou, the skin's texture, and the way he looked up at the heaven to thank whoever is up there, makes me think that sinister "God" has a hand in all this. The one that took the power away from Homeless, killing him. -
Hey remember that time in Bleach when Yammy was bragging about how his ability is to get stronger the more he gets angry and then we were supposed to watch a fight between kenpachi and byakuya and him but instead he got offed?
