boats.
uhh, what does this part mean? never mind, found out about the IRL time they were on the boat.
And I came here to check if this thread was unlocked, although the announcement's only been out for 4 hours on twitter… but that is probably a long time these days.
I wouldn't trust SNK to make a decent game on any platform, these days. Or at least anything original. Their ports are pretty meh.
and porting most of their titles will automatically fail on mobile due to that platform not being able to support it.
Maybe SNK vs Capcom, hrmmmm.
I'm not sure how that wire was there without anyone else triggering it. Did he tell every messenger who walked up to him, "please duck down"?
I find it funny how much azami reminds me of azien. But even azien's trollhax smug god complex personality was enjoyable, this just feels bland and average…
I also think Tosh can probably write a better plot than this guy right now...
Oh well, first ever manga I unfollowed from batoto, ever. Although everything else I have wasn't really possible unsubscribe material.
over the top fun
That is not the mindset of most reading it, most expect more. And it's not something difficult to analyse, it sticks out if you pay a little bit of attention.
If that is how it should be or if you prefer Toriko levels of disbelief, I won't bother to argue, no interest. It is serialised in modern WSJ, so it has that going for the low quality argument. Damn, do I miss the era of HnK or Tezuka, when the demographic/quality standards were higher.
.
Seriously, not targeted at you, but has anyone actually come up with a plausible argument for the azami side in the last few weeks? All I've seen are ones with no real substance that rely on flawed logic, like: wait for more explanation chapters, old system was just as bad as the new system, traditional villain is a plot twist, villains are supposed to be disliked (when that wasn't even the issue) or 2 small hints of foreshadowing is enough for a major villain. Can someone direct me to a post with a half decent argument or do none exist?

Hrmm, seems like vbulleting is working fine now. Wasn't before, how odd.
wonder if Thorum got weaker for being out of combat for so long, or rather he miscalculated too badly with the crossbow weakness.
Outplayed either way, hmm.
yeah… I think I'll drop this and maybe archive bing it when the arc is over.
If I wanted some boring weird shitty politics story, there's too many other series for that cough magi cough, or even real life for that matter.
I have no idea why the story went in this direction. Dunno who to blame, the WSJ editors or Tosh? But, whatever. No interest. Just how many series have to go into politics/conspiracy/super-villain territory after a few years before you're satisfied, Shueisha? Or for that matter turning females into damsels in distress?
Maybe if Tosh handled the whole thing better, then the genre shift wouldn't have been so bad. But right now, nope. Interest is gone.
we're disappointed at the villain for being badly introduced, often making no logical sense…
...and that establishing said villain required collateral character damage to no less than 7 of the elite 10 (Erina counted due to backstory bs, despite not voting for this idiot), who unlike said villain were somewhat we;; established in the story. Erina was more or less a second main character. If the villain sucks for any reason, that damage is passed onto the 6 who voted for him.
I dunno, maybe people had expectations for the elite 10 to be worthy opponents who could be challenged (and defeated) in honourable cooking duels. this support just drops them into corrupt executives territory who are only interested in maintaining the status quo. It doesn't help that them overrulling the director makes little sense, and wasn't hinted at back in chapter 3 when the structure was explained. It seemed to imply they had complete control over the lower management, but not the upper management.
Honestly when your best reaction to the character is "this generic guy belongs in one of Tosh's ero-manga" even if you haven't read any of them, it's not saying much for the character.
Wait did Grimmjow get offscreened?
MESS.
"put him to sleep"
Hrmm, pretty much, yeah…
Could imply he merely drugged him and cheated or something, but it's still a loss.
