Judging by where we are in the series 400m seems fine… A lot of the stuff Luffy did during the Marine Ford War & Impel Down were covered up... They didn't even mention that he broke into the Impel Down and a lot of level 6 Prisoners escaped... I personally think that is a big reason why Sengoku stepped down... 400m is high yet still gives him room to grow... So its a perfect number... And it is higher than Kid's last known bounty... I hope one day Oda does a side story on the other Supernova's (hopefully after the series finishes)...
Also I've been thinking of Bonney for the next SH! She is probably held by the Marines in the New World... I wouldn't put it past Oda to make the SH rescue her! Would be kind of awesome imo... And if her fruit is as limited as I think she won't be that insanely powerful! Meh but who knows... I still want a Logia in the SH crew too...

I really don't know what to think about the eye. Losing an eye (and no eyepatch!)…And having it just closed, like "you're too weak and I do not care" gives too much resemblance to Gutts. I really need time to get familiar with it. But maybe it is just scar. Considering that on colorspread and last page it changes sides.
And Franky may just grow some hair if Oda decides that in print he looks not good enough(which is so) with shaved cranium. Or he will gradually fix the way he draws him. Like with everyone. -

Give it to Zoro to make a badass entrance. I still wonder why some people call Zoro cutting a ship in half an assholish move. Those are pirates, not innocent civilians. :getlost: I like how Sanji wasn't even in the least bit surprised that Zoro was able to cut that ship in half. I love the cover. I have changed my mind completely about not liking Luffy having sleeves. They look awesome on him.
I also love how Boa advised Luffy not to cause a scene on Sabaody, but it looks like he will eventually. (Reminds me of Impel Down. Boa told Luffy to be stealthy, and we saw how that turned out). Well, maybe Sanji and Zoro will start trouble since they are in the general area where the Marines are setting up a perimeter. And how can they not? They are rivals and out of their manliness will want to prove to the other who is greater. Not to mention the fact that Chopper has gone off to find fake Robin. The Strawhats always have to cause a scene wherever they are. I can't wait!

Actually Luffy, Zorro, Usopp and Nami have given glimpses of how strong they've gotten. Tbh I've been most impressed with Nami and Usopp. Probably because I've been expecting the stuff from Luffy/Zoro.
Usopp's planimals and Nami calling down thunder with no visible staff/device was pretty cool.

And I just like how random, like nothing important, Oda presented Luffy's new 400kk bounty to us-not through the poster but with the taunt of fake ass Luffy. -
Plus they behave alike if Sanji was in the same position in a sinking boat for wtv reasons it might have been, he would have wrecked the ship most likelly.

You can't get much more of a power up then this. It would be unrealistic if Luffy can't at least keep up with an admiral for a while.

I'd say he should be able to slow down an admiral, and even be a small bit of a threat to them. I would not say he should be able to defeat an admiral, though. Akainu showed us that they can fight in the same class as the strongest man in the world. There's too much story left for Luffy to be that strong already.
