Aohige and a couple others have said that Iva is written by Oda with a very distinctive speech pattern, and this guy has it, so they say there's no doubt.

hmm its interesting that Ace and Luffy leave it up to Sabo whether he wants to return to them or not. Maybe when Sabo never shows up this makes them think he did choose to be a noble and therefore reneged on his brother bond.

Another great chapter! Dragon was really unexpected. This gives us more hope of Sabo surviving by him joining the revolutionaries. I truly hope that happens because I don't want him to die~ :< Well, I think something still needs to happen to make Luffy consider Ace his "only brother in this world", but we'll see…

Such an incredible chapter, speaking of morality but in a fun manner. I sort of wonder who "female foot" is…but hey, the fact that Dragon too is from Goa Kingdom (well considering Luffy is from there, daddy would have to have some root there) shows why he hates the filth of the WG.
Oh...and Hina dragging Smoker somewhere was silly.

Normally, the King's head being covered by a speech bubble would be suspicious, but Oda tends to do this a lot, so It's probably nothing significant. He's probably another character we haven't seen before. Kind of interesting how the Inspection Squad's uniforms are similar to Impel Down's jail guard (not the guys with the glasses and berets, but the guys in the executioner-looking gear, who I assumed were actual cell guards).
From this Chapter, I don't think Sabo will end up being a Revolutionary. Instead, I have a feeling he'll help Dragon in another way, by either becoming a World Noble and being a Double Agent, or becoming the King of Goa Kingdom. Either way, it would benefit Dragon and Sabo more to use his status as a East Blue Noble to everyone's advantage and create some kind of change.
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

I think a key line may be when Ace told Luffy that they promised to temporarily forget about Sabo maybe this flashback is Luffy remembering that he still has another brother somewhere?

Kinda odd seeing the supposedly ''psychotic'' Bluejam being rather laid back over the whole money deal. It feels like Ace carries that metal pipe around with him 24/7. Maybe he does.

Wonder what he meant by "I dont have enough power yet" his DF or Military power? And I think that this incedent occured near Vivis flashback were we saw Dragon being officially labeled Most Dangerous To The WG so what he does here may have something to do with that…

Huh, weirdest thing about this chapter was Dragon's face. Here the guy looks either shocked or glum or something, whereas every other times we've seen him he's had a confident smirk on his face. Yeah, he's shocked by Sabo's words but he still carries on with that face after the lady (possibly Iva) arrives. I wonder what's going through this guy's mind right now. Has he not yet developed the confidence he's obtained in present time?

This is a younger, less experienced Dragon. Maybe he was planning to attack the Tenryuubito or something, and was caught by surprise when the nobles began to burn the trash heap?
Wano predictions: There will be 5 acts; All Straw Hats will get fights, some in Act 4; Big Mom Pirates will arrive; Carrot will have her moment, but won't join; Yamato will be a Kouzuki samurai and Wano's Guardian; Shanks will visit Luffy in Act 5; Next arc is Mary Geoise.

I thought that was just implying that dragon was looking towards East Blue because of Luffy (and Iva thought for Ace as well).
Kinda funny how Garp's breeding all these threats to the world in East Blue. Garp for final villain/anti-hero?:ninja:

We knew Dragon was from East Blue, but it was never really specified he's from the exact same island as Luffy. That's what I mean.
