I think Gin is secretly a good guy pretending to be a bad guy, I just can't see him as a main villain bad guy, he's too kawaii. He's still waiting to stab Aizen in the back, but not to take over, in order for SS to win.

Well that expression pretty much means one of two things: they're really that naive…or they're hiding their true intentions just too well. Think of Gin like Chirichi from Fushigi Yuugi...only way more evil and deceptive. Everything he's done has just casted more doubt on him regardless so however Gin ends up won't surprise me.

I don't know why but I feel Gin will be the final villain here. He's the most silent character here. His goal is unknown. He might be the one playing the game here. Aizen, on the other hand, is surprisingly talkative. He has revealed a lot of details already. Well, there's a possibility that he's just lying and that all he have said are part of another orchestrated deception.
