Chopper's monster point would be explained easier with these 'awakened' devil fruits. It would show why his body is so large and looks so cut and paste in regards to his forms (points, whatever) - it isn't how you achieve the full potential of the fruit in the 'awakened' state. Although I think it's an interesting concept that the rumble balls will be Chopper's main attack technique, that he won't develop himself as a Zoan fighter because he will manifest the rumble balls so that he can revert after some point in time and not receive any negative long-term side affects (a cure or vaccination roughly?). It would be relevent to Chopper (despite him being a Zoan an all…) because these Zoans and Chopper point quite obviously have no trace of any rational thought procedures, it's all about chaos and destructive power.

The chapter seems really nice, I´m sure Blackbeard knows of Magellan´s power, remember when Shiryu ( sp? ) stepped out to confront him and he says something along the lines of "Someone troublesome looking is coming out. Could it be Magellan?" So the whole theory of Blackbeard knowing of Magellan´s Power and using it to his advantage is very possible. I guess there is even more of a plan behind all of this than "I want to get past him, so I play poisoned until Magellan leaves". It may be entirely possible that Blackbeard wants to harvest Magellan´s poison, put it in some black-hole-like storing mechanism and use it later on to paralyze a huge crowd or MHQ itself or something like that.
Other than that, I really hope the relevations concerning the Zoan-DFs stay hidden until we get to meet Vegapunk. A little foreshadowing here and there is nice, but I somehow want Vegapunk to be the guy telling us everything about the DFs.
Crocodile not wanting to know Blackbeard´s plan is just in character, I guess, though I can´t imagine anyone who wuldn´t want to know about a plan for a "show to rock the world", especially if you consider Crocodile a smart man. You think he should notice all the evidence pointing to the plan of Blackbeard having something to do with Whitebeard ( such as BB saying "a few hours" when there is also WB´s 2nd commander´s execution in "a few hours" and so forth ), and we know Crocodile has his own special interest in Whitebeard.

one interesting thing id like to point out is that when magellan appears and is on the den den mushi to one of the guards from the levels above (where you can see shiryu) the guard states that all monitor systems and communication systems have been cut out within the prison, to the marine HQ and to the government. the guard says "all communications to outside have been…" and shiryu appears saying "dont dob me in, magellan will come get me then."
makes u wonder whether shiryu is part of BB's crew now ^^ -

Neat chapter, I wonder why Siryuu did that out of all the new characters we got in ID he is by far the most bad ass character and I sure do hope that he joins teach's crew. Speaking of teach they seem to be fucked unless Doc Q does something extraordinary.

Do you mean after he turned himself in? Cause Roger was never in prison or it had to be that they temporary stored him in ID till they transfered him to Logue Town.
And I doubt Roger set it up like an RPG where you need to do some quests and get some keys. Just get to the last island bye your own strength. And if he did leave something behind that was needed he would leave it to the man that was closest to him => his right hand, Rayleigh. Not just random prisoner @ ID that has been rotting away now for 22 years.

As for the tier discussion with him, don't you think that he also evolves as Luffy goes, since he's portrayed as his counterpart? Thus far, he has shown us that he is very very durable, that could put him probably a level above Luffy.
The point is, Luffy isn't the only one who is getting stronger, so is Blackbeard. Something will save him this time but I can't imagine what you can do against a poison man.

But Luffy was multiple poison I doubt Magellan used multiple poison to BB crew Bon explained the hydra poison so it should be only one poison and the sounds of the medical crew and the Guard who got hit by the hidra seemed to deal with at least one type of his poison so I think they might get up soon, only they wont be able to stop Magellan

Fully agree, if the guy magicly whips up an antidote of a poison that he doesn't know while he's suffering he would be one hell of a doctor. But still Luffy was poisoned on a whole other lvl then just a simple Hydra.
At this point I can see Shiryuu get the antidote in the room where Bon-chan went before. While BB endures the suffering and shrugs it of eventually and Magellan chases after Luffy.

The most interesting thing about this chapter for me is the kakusei zoan-kei.
The most likely options (which other people have already stated, I know) are:- Animals ate the DF of their own species.
- Vegapunk found a way to manifest the inner spirit of the DF into creatures, without a host (yes, Croc still says "…ability users," but this still seems like a possibility. Like the next step beyond feeding fruits to objects.)

Awakened" Zoan is probably the most surprising bit of information from this chapter. Seems like the Government has figured out how to do what chopper does, for much longer periods of time and while seemingly keeping their sanity.

Yeah awakened Zoan is really interesting. I think it is monster chopper like and it would explain Monster Chopper.
BTW BB is now one of my favs.
And for Sanji… Hope he is dreaming or hiding (still uncool to dress himself as a girl). If it goes on like that Zoro is coming near Sanji's stat as my fav.

While I'm partial to agree with you, Luffy got hit with multiple types of poisons in his battle against Magellan and that is the only reason why he couldn't be cured. If Doc Q is on par or better than Chopper than I don't see why he couldn't create an antidote rather quickly. Or as people have stated previously in this thread maybe Blackbeard will just use his darkness to remove the poison, although that seems less likely to me.
