We know that people are forced to walk on blades, be eaten by monsters, face abuse from guards, routinely suffer poisonings, are starved literally to death, boiled alive, swung over fire pits, frozen to death or eaten by wolves and kept in confinement indefinitely.
Exactly what kind of excessive torture did you have in mind?
Now that I think about it he does have a point though. The prisoners aren't forced to read neither Bleach nor Naruto.

and yet we do it without being forced. We are a bunch of sado masochists if you ask me. Anyway, quite some crew Luffy has gathered himself. even though they are only five of them, they are far more powerfull than the usual strawhat crew. With a legendary okama queen that can death wink lvl 6 prisoners and can heal almost anything, a revolutionary from lvl 5, 1 former Shichibukai, a Shichibukai and then I believe there is still another Shichibukai waiting outside for Luffy who will probably join them to marineford. This is one powerfull crew in which Luffy is not fodder but is probably not the strongest and even though that is the case he is regarded as the leader because he broke into ID. I really really like how the ID arc went so far. If the actual strawhats are going to join before marineford we will have a real monstercrew and I hope this is the case allthough I do not see this happening anytime soon and I miss the others so if they don't show up soon it might be time for some info on them.

Also crocodile has the power to kill everyone in Impel down in a second just transform it into sand the walls the roof everything

You mean Inazuma? From what I can tell it looks as if whatever he cuts is pretty thin. And considering how thick the space between Level 6 and 5 is (even if they would cut up to Level 5.5) it would be too time consuming to try it this way.

Info. on Will of D? I believe we got information on the "Will of D" in this chapter. Remember back in Loguetown, Chapter 100, Gol D. Roger's voice is in the background and he says:
"Here are things that humans cannot stop, a human's will, dream, and the change of an era. As long As humans long for freedom…"

I was watching the anime on that chapter again and instead of "a human's will" they have "inherited will_."_ Now, on this chapter, we find out that Luffy has inherited his will from his father. Here are two people who have never met each other but they show the same resolution.
Iva-chan says: "This sensation… I have felt it many times before ...! this is precisely the way it feels to face Dragon." This is followed by Inazuma saying "resolution is one thing, but..."

This all must be small hints for will of D explanation. Of course it is not saying much. And we figured by now that it is inherited. But, this confirms it. I guess from this chapter we can assume that Will of D is the unbending willingness to live freely and that one way it is passed down is through blood.
I guess that's why in the anime says "the inherited will."
If we assume that based on Gol D. Roger's words Will of D has to do the will to live freely, and if we also assume that Dragon has that will (based on this chapter, and his initial), then this could also explain why he is the head of the revolutionary army.

The Will of D is not about the choices that you make but the determination to follow through. For example, Blackbeard's choices are different than Luffy's, but he still has the will of D. And that part is inherited.
Also, I wrote that section because I believe Iva's sentence was significant about the connection between Dragon and Luffy and the will of D.
Shanks may have inspired Luffy to be pirate. But, Luffy was born with the will even before he met Shanks.
In the first chapter of One Piece we see Luffy standing on top of Shank's ship trying to prove himself by cutting himself saying "this is how tough I am." I think that's his resolutoin, his "will of D."

About the tortures i think i finally got it
In lvl 6 they make you watch
naruto fillers 1 day a week 12hs
bleach fillers 1 day a week 12hs
Lucky star the 26 chapters should take arround 12hs
5 days a week they watch the whole lucky star seriesall the blood arround ace its from his eyes after watching lucky star the first time
the beast hitting them its just so they dont close their eyes -
I think the beast hitting them would then count as relief-time

Apparently Ivankov and Bentham never met prior to this Impel Down incident so that wouldn't have worked.
And while I have no problem with the Croc. being a woman idea I fail to see how that can be a weakness. If Ivankov would have said that he knows some nice little secret about him which he can use to his advantage it would be a different story. But when he speaks of a weakness in this context I expect something different.

Crocodile being a woman is mad enough to be true,and probably he doesn't want that kind of news to spread around,therefore the "weakness".

If Hannyabal was strong than he would have fought Luffy back on level 4 instead of Magellan. And instead of putting sleeping gas in level 6 he would have gone there himself to fight them. He's not that strong.

Croc and Iva are the two strongest, exclude Jinbei, I think. Magellan and Shiryuu are the two strongest of Impel Down.
Hormones v.s. Poison, that would be interesting! Biology v.s Chemistry! Iva is the fittest opponent for Magellan.
Hannyabal didn't fight them himself, because there are 3 strong enemies. he may be as strong as Luffy, but still can't fight 3 of them.
Shiryuu is till being kept in his cage, at this moment. But he will probably released. i'm sure, though I don't know how. Oda creates him for a fight. -
I think it's funny that whenever people see a team of established fighters and any number of villains, their instinct is to start pairing off the matchups. It's not always wrong to do so - that happened in Eines Lobby, although there were a few twists - but think of back when we saw the Supernovas. Heck, I remember people talking about how Luffy would fight Magellan, Mr. 2 would fight Hannybal, Buggy would fight Sadi-chan, etc. Just remember with Oda, it's never as simple as you think it'll be.
