Personally, I'd want to play Brawl with Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper.
That and go on a heist with Nami.

I had a dream last night – my first anime/comic/manga based dream ever, I think -- where Luffy and Hancock were sitting in the boat on the way to Impel Down and Hancock taught Luffy Haki. Except Haki allowed you to use telekinesis and pyrokinesis and she was floating stuff all over and then Luffy was sucking fire up into his hands. Must have been a combination of reading One Piece, Psyren, and The Wheel of Time before I went to bed. What? This isn't on topic? But he said something about drea-- OH! I would hang out with Nami.
I would have tea with Robin. I'm not much for goofing around or an incredibly serious training regimen. While Sanji's cooking is no doubt supreme, I don't think I would enjoy hanging around him.
So yeah, definitely Robin. She's pleasant company and one of the few people on the ship who I can carry an intellectual conversation with. Also, I don't really find her attractive, so my eyes would be where they should be, you nasty perverts.

Also, I could not goof off with Luffy all day because I just can't be goofy for that long. Zoro would kill me with training. Nami would probably get me killed. Usopp's a terrible liar whilst I am a pro, and he'd just ruin my rep. Playing with Chopper sounds kind of weird. Having tea with Robin sounds boring. Franky weirds me out! And I can't sing, so I'd totally cramp Brooke's style.
Besides, delicious food = quickest way to a girl's heart.
