Ussop wants to become a brave warrior of the seas, and he´s imo the one currently closest to the achievement of his dream. He did some pretty couragous stuff, especially since Sogeking appeared.

Zoro will get his dream along the way, but very likely before the majority of the others. It "only" involves a fight with Mihawk.

Sanji will get his dream before they reach Raftel as well, I think. All Blue is said to be on the GL, that means they should reach it before reaching the end of the GL (Raftel).

Luffy wants to become the pirate king. That involves reaching Raftel. Same goes for Franky (sailing on his own boat around the world: a ship that reaches Raftel can reach every point on the planet). I´d put Robin in here as well, I guess learning about the blank century will be a major point in becoming pirate king.

Brooke will only be able to fulfill his dream AFTER reaching Raftel as he has to go further, back to LaBoon.

I guess both Nami and Chopper won´t fulfill their dreams during the course of the manga. Nami did not yet explore the other 3 Blues, and Chopper will have to research more diseases before he could make a universal remedy.

So I´d say:
Ussop > Sanji > Zoro > Franky/Robin/Luffy > Brooke > Nami/Chopper

I think he meant that some people considered both Naruto and Bleach worse now than they were earlier, but that One Piece still has a good quality that did not decline.

I kinda have to agree with him, I liked Bleach pre-Espada better, but I never was that much into Naruto, so I can´t comment on that.

But now back to our regular scheduled chapter:

Makes up for the lack of other Strawhats imo. Even though I hope we see something of them now and then. The whole Ace rescue was supposed to be done in a year real time, or am I wrong? An awful long time for no infos on any other Strawhats

My first Anime was Dragonball, my first Manga I saw One Piece way before I began reading it for real.

Didn´t know how to read it and it confused the heck out of me as I tried to read it normaly. Only thanks to a friend I learned to love OP a few years later ^^

I have to say: The last two chapters are the first I really enjoyed in the world tournament arc.
Dunno really why, maybe it´s simply because Japan begins to show what it´s really worth.

I began reading it online because I have a slight interest in football, but after a while I saw I couldn´t stop and I liked pretty much all characters. Something I hardly have.

Fun, a quite high amount of crowning moments of awesome, likeable characters and a rather steady quality throughout the whole series so far (well, let´s say until the expected end as the world cup arc seems to be hardly more than fanservice…), pretty much everything I look for in a manga. The only series besides OP I collect so far.

After a quick trip to Gailman (Neverwhere, American Gods and Anansi Boys, great books alltogether ) I´m re-reading Terry Pratchett´s Carpe Jugulum for the "I know it inside out so why am I doing it again?"-th time.

If only he could finish Unseen Academicals slightly faster ^^
