I like both, but there's an obvious question of loyalty if I don't vote for the guy in my avatar.
I always liked Wiper. He didn't waste a lot of time expositing, he just put on his awesome jet boots and tiki mask, lit his stogie, grabbed his bazooka, and took it to those punk-ass Blue Sea dwellers trampling on his high-altitude turf. And in true One Piece fashion, he survived no less than three fatal injuries in the space of the same day to fully recover like he'd never had so much as a scratch.
Plus, even if this was pre-Gear, the man fucking stalemated Luffy, penetrating God knows how many layers of plot armor to make Stretch actually admit a draw. Gear or no, that's no mean feat. Much love to Wiper.
To be fair, though, Bepo IS a talking kung-fu bear in a jump-suit with crippling confidence issues. It's not an easy or clear-cut choice to make.

I actually disliked or just ignored the whole Bepo-fandom before this. He was just a mediocre, as local said "filler"-character to fill Law's crew until that moment. This was the scene that made me really laugh for the first time in months while reading manga. Oda managed to turn a boring character into a likeable one with just one line. Got to give points for that.
And it is quite easy to vote Bepo instead of a jackass from (brrr….) Skypiea. Down with the moron.

I am sure Bepo fights for what he believes in too and its my guess that he and Law have some strong connection which has a lot to do with his Bear-like look. I bet Law saved his life by implanting his heart or something in the body of a bear.
Anyways from what I have seen Bepo is more than just a cool character, I believe we will soon see a lot more about him.

Well, Though i think in the long run i will like Bepo much more than i do now, i have to agree with the others that made the point, i have not seen nearly enough of him to to vote against Wiper.
The skypiea arc was very entertaining and seem to challenge the strawhat crew more than some of the other arcs, while in the end making them all much stronger. and yes, that can be said for every arc, but i noticed especially in skypiea. and i think that wipers presence as a force that seemed both antagonistic and protagonistic(< real word? idk) was one of the biggest contributing factors to this.
and Bepo? well he was cool when i saw him, amusing, and i'm sure he has depth, but up to the current issue, he hasn't really.
so Wiper ftw.

Actually he was the only character to literally kill Enel. Luffy just defeated the latter.
This is even more proof of his badassery, however I always liked to believe that the giant golden ball did kill him for a couple of seconds when he crashed into the bell, even if he did ressucitate himself afterwards :ninja:
