This one is pretty self-explanatory. There's alot of S.D.A, especially because its 4Kids dubbing it. Sometimes they add lines, or change them, which make them sound so stupid.
In the first episode: "You stepped on my toe!"
Or "I wasn't going to hit you!" uh, yes you were.
Then, there were a few ones in the Buggy arc, too. Luffy had two that I thought were so annoying:
"Yowza!". Or, "Zolo, it's time to golo!".
And let's not forget about the awful vegetable puns in the Kuro arc.

I guess kids don't care about the dialog and changes to the One Piece dub, as it is doing good on Toonami.
Yeah, as I said it's brainwashing, the kids'll have big swirly bug eyes, (like so) @_@ and the dialogue will be hiding subliminal messages within in it… Then, when the kids grow up, they'll be 4kids employees or worse... (I won't go into it)
I'm guilty of watching it occasionally on toonami, I guess even with the.. Uh trys to think of how to describe things without swearing poor quality lines and edits, its hard not to still enjoy One Piece, I mean, even the dub has had me laughing and my friend is hooked on it along with her fav character 'Zolo' Hn. Well, if it can attract people enough to branch out to watch or read the original, then I guess it is doing some good, but I still don't see why the had to give it such corny lines...

There was one stupid line in the Baratie arc. I forget who said it, but: "I don't know what you're saying! What you're saying makes absolutely no sense!". Doesn't that sound a bit redundant?
And please don't get me started on the mayor in the Buggy arc. How he kept calling Luffy, Zoro, and Nami "Whippersnappers" was one of the worst things ever.
The dialouge in One Piece is so stupid. They have to use unncessary puns, and add lines where there was originally silence. Let's not forget about the infamous "Rubber knife" scene with Nami and Usopp.
How about "We'll put you in a dungeon?" that's memorable, and it doesn't make sense.

I'm surprised no one put this one. In the Buggy arc, after Luffy uses the Gomu Gomu no Balloon. Nami had a stupid line: "Well, I don't care if it's a dum-dum balloon!".

…Actually I found that quite funny.
The worst so far (besides the "well armed" and "pain in the sash") would probably be from an Arlong arc episode.
Zolo: You mermen can talk the talk... unsheaths Wadou dramatically but can you walk the walk?
Or, possdibly a Goonji line. I was sitting, happily and innocently, thinking about how maybe, just MAYBE the dub was getting better.
