I think it would be cool if instead of all One Piece characters, they throw in some other Jump series(Like DBZ, Naruto, Bleach, and others). But it'll probably just be One Piece.

in CObra's case-it may be to get a hold on him and force him to cough up the weapons in the future.And wait for the SH's to get so far away that they could manipulate them by capturing Vivi and threatening to execute her-and Luffy couldnt do squat then.
and in the case of Sakura-it hasnt been SO long and DRUM is a prety small and distant AND unimportant island-(but it SEEMINGLY advocates piracy,so the WG would feel kinda dizzy with that) and so the news may have not reached them.I mean,BB WOULD get a bounty for driving out a recognised ruler of a member government from his kingdom.

Cobra cant do anything about the weapons. noone in his kingdom knows how to read the ancient language, and the phoneglyph is pretty much burried and inaccessible atm…
Besides it is his word as a ruler against that of a low ranked marine. Its not bloody likely he will ever get in trouble for that since nothing can be proven.I think Drum island is pretty safe untill they commit an act of piracy. Just haveing a flag with crossbones on isnt enough to declare a whole country with a stable goverment criminals.
For all the goverment knows the pirate flag may be a rouse to trick pirates in some way or another. They would be pretty stupid to not investigate the matter before any action is taken. -

and in our history,there were nations governed by pirates.cope that with Dalton going against his former king,who he oposed and wanted to exile….....and youve got problems.

Really where was this said? I can imagine that beeing the case on a ship, but i find it somewhat unlikely that raising a flag on a country will make the goverment see red and charge in without investigateing.

The keyword is "may".
As long as the new kingdom does not oppose the Government (in some other way then the damn flag. its a symbol and the government needs to make sure just what it is a symbol for) I do not see why they would not investigate it first.
But as this is getting so ridiculously off topic I'll drop it here and if you still want to reply and try to convince me of otherwise you can consider my silence as giving in.
