[hide] Well this chapter actually fills up earlier power level inconsistencies, now we know that Ichigo fought Grimmjow after being healed by Inoue, so at the time he may of had less than full power already, then the fight drained him further till he won and was attacked by Nnoitra so at that time he was even weaker, so Kenpachi beating Nnoitra actually makes some semblance of sense because Nnoitra only beat a nerfed to hell Ichigo. I always wondered why Ichigo seemed to be nerfed in comparison to Byakuya and Kenpachi even though Ichigo's reaitsu was so hyped as huge and described with the running faucet analogy. If you think about it Ichigo when he was weaker and at full power was beating Byakuya in their fight till we learned that his bankai and his own reiatsu was too much for him and was actually draining him, so Ichigo at fullpower being 2x a captain makes sense.[/hide]

As well as the fact that Ichigo could one shot solo 3 VCs in his shikai back in SS arc, as well as how he was beating Byakuya in bankai in the same arc who is one of the stronger SS captains (Ichigo's only problem was that his reiatsu was too much for even himself). Then considering that resolve thing he does which is him basically just using more of his potential. Also IIRC it has been implied that Ichigo's hollow seeks control of his body because his instinct allows him to better tap into the power that Ichigo has than even Ichigo himself (black getsuga, using the shikai like a flail etc). Ichigo is basically like Anikin Skywalker (incredible number of mitichlorines) or Naruto (huge untapped chakra in addition to the fox) he's always had a huge reiatsu. Well it would make sense if the Vaizard masks aren't just the usual power up that add power that wasn't there before, so assuming that Ichigo at full potential and Vaizard mask isn't something crazy like 4x captain strength then the way I would look at Ichigo's reiatsu and shinigami power in general would be something like this:
If Ichigo's full power is like a well then his shikai goes a shallow distance into it, using a little of his sum total of reiatsu for fighting whereas his bankai goes even deeper but he still isn't using it all, then there's the mask which would allow him to use even more of his full power than bankai. If this is the case then Vaizards who just have less potential than some captains could still be weaker than them even though they can access more of their own reiatsu simply because their Vaizard level isn't as strong as some captains bankai due to the Captains having more reiatsu. Otherwise even Kensei's vc who is also a Vaizard would be stronger than a captain in the Gotei due to the mask.

I'm not going to argue this too much simply because I recognise that I could be giving troll bo too much credit but at the same time it would make more sense the way I explained it otherwise every Vaizard who was an ex captain should be stronger than even the top Gotei 13 captains which appears to not be the case.

Kenpachi at Bankai kills everyone of them easy. 1 and 1 no question.
Admittingly my post is no more then speculation and agreeably he is just power and not the best in the other area's but I don't think any of the other captains can beat him if he learns his Bankai.

The point about what Ulquiorra said is definitely the biggest reason I thought Yammy 0 was utter retardation Kubo pulled out of his ass to make things look grim after Ulquiorra. Yammy seemed like Ulqi's associate/friend/w/e up until then. But at that point we learned villains in this series are complete jokes used to make the good guys look cool so Yammy 0 was like "yawn nao wut?" So far it seems silly that the 2nd and 4th Espada have been the apparent strongest. And w/e number Aporro was, he had that haxx creepy preggo shit and only lost from the conveniently place superhuman drug thing.
