But the dog's name is Rocky… he's very friendly and all it took was me petting him for a couple minutes after meeting him.
He stayed by me the rest of the evening.

Not bad! Your bis and tris look good as well as your shoulders. But you need some work on your back and abs. Also try to even out the rest of your chest. Your upper pectorals look nice, but try to balance that out with other chest workouts. Keep it up!

Been a while. Thought I would give a Christmas update! Unfortunately, as usual, I am not the most photogenic. The Disneyland pictures are kinda bad, overall, but I don't have that many to choose from. Also, please excuse the image quality of the Disneyland pictures, as they were cellphone pics.
