but mr.2 touch the hybrid form, at least his fruit is able to work in zoan's hybrid forms.

Just noting that while he copied the face, his power didn't seem to work at full capacity since its supposed to copy the rest of the body as well and it didn't with Chopper

I think that just appears that way in that panel, because Oda had to show each face and not just a white panel for Chopper, because Chopper isn`t as tall as the other.

The main villain is the WG. I believe their credibility will be all gone to hell when the Straw Hats find One Piece, and learn about the Void Century. There will be a revolution on a world status. There will be plenty of Marines who will resign from their jobs, and there will be others who will stand for the WG. Nevertheless, both the Navy and the WG will go through a lot of changes. One thing that I'll be very glad is, that by the end of the series, the Tenryuubito will lose their noble status, and will be sent to the lands of the "commoners" where they'll probably receive some serious a$$-kicking by the population.

I'd assume that as was mentioned on page 298 (looked due to the mention) pirates have to go through the Calm Belt or Reverse Mountain backwards. Marines obviously can just use the Calm Belt as that was stated in the series, and I'd assume civilians can seek Marine/WG help in crossing the Calm Belt in a similar fashion should they need to travel/see family that's not on their island.

Doesn't matter. He didn't change into any other body.. Nami's body was an examplel once and plus i was referring to the scene where he tells Crocodile who they are. During their meet-up he changed only to Nami's as an example.

It is one of the few plausable routes to the New World. They have to get passed the Red Line(big ol mountain) and they can only go over it or under it. You can't take your ship over the Red Line, even if they could Luffy would not miss the chance to go to FI, he has been excited for it for almost as long as we have.

I'll even back it up with the point that he used this exact reasoning to go to Skypiea. Yes, he has the ultimate goal of being Pirate King, but moreso he wants to have the most exciting adventure possible getting there.

But they wound up on Jaya, once there they could have just waited for the Log Pose to set from there. Luffy made it a point to leave Jaya before the Log Pose reset.

There're other ways. Norland's crew sailed to Mariejois after leaving Jaya, so there must be some counterpart of Reverse Mountain there. Of course, it's not available for pirates as far as we know.
