Well, even if they DO lose (which I doubt they will), there is always a chance that Gon and Killua could escape. Then there's always people like the Spiders and Ging.

As much as I want to see the Gon/Killua vs. Pitou fight, I really hope that Komugi gets completely healed first.
I really do love her character, probably because of the fact she's one of the best "civilian" characters of the entire series.

Artistically I thought Pg.9 is the best cause it shows you what ikarugo is thinking. Not to mention I love all of the crosshatching and the random spots of ink.

Just read the latest chapter; so Zeno's leaving? That sucks I was hoping for some action from him, but I guess his main purpose was to assist Netero in reaching the King with as little fatigue wasted as possible.
Next chapter had better be Gon vs. Pitou. -

I'm guessing it'll be all about Morau, then a few pages of Shoot/Knuckle, then the rest will be a monologue about Gon's feelings as he walks a few steps over to Pitou.
And Zeno's just leaving because he's a "noble warrior" who was just hired to come, make the dragons fall down, and fight King, but since Netero seems to be in control of that fight, he just left. It's just who he is, even if it makes him a senile old man.

I want to see some hardcore fighting allready. I know that hunterxhunter is more so known for being "smart" in it's fights but seeing a good punch every once in awhile would hurt. Like Ubovjin punching that one mole dude in the face during the York Shin arc was made of massive win or How about Gon doing Ja-janken point blank to the torso of the bomber dude (gendatsu was that his name) that's also made of hardcore win.

Question: How many volumes of HxH Volumes got 'cleaned'? NexGear seem to have rescanlated the clean ver. of Vol. 20-24; are those the only ones that got 'cleaner' releases than their chapters?

there is a cleaner version of vol 19 but since viz got the rights to hxh nexgear decided to do volume 20 -24 and new chapters that come out but since binktopia and franky house of been doing alot of manga's its been speculated by fans that nexgear may drop the project but there not dropping it anytime soon.

I'll do my usual rough translation if there's any proof of it being real tomorrow.

Well I don't think Hunter ever really had long drawn out fights.
They were usually over as soon as they started.
I'm enjoying this build-up so much more.

Indeed a unique chapter, not everyday you see an evil villian on his knees begging the good guys (and not faking it)
Gon's next action will be very interesting to see, while obviously the honorable/shonen-ish choice is to let Pitou finish his job first, I believe the author long ago described, or tried to portray Gon as a main lead with less Shonen-ish traits, or a more blurred moral guideline.
As a reader I can't help feeling some sympathy at this point towards the King/Komugi/Pitou

I love the role reversal in this chapter, gon seemed like the bad guy while Pitou seemed the good guy. good writing imo, but gon will more then likely let pitou heal komugi, its just too weird to think he'd someone die like that but it would be an interesting twist if he said 'screw you' and attacked anyway.

I hope he just suckerpunches Pitou or something. I like Komugi, but I agree its sort of selfish what the King and Pitou are doing… compared to what they did all those other people...
Also, he can make her do one thing if she can heal Komugi... I just thought of this. Couldn't he make her revive Kaito to the way he was before somehow?
As far fetched as it is, I would love to see Kaito get up and help Gon and the others fight. Although he would probably be in critical condition .

^ ya pitou might be able to fully heal kaito if hes able to heal Komugi with a wound like that, id really hate for kaito to just drop dead if pitou dies, but i dont really see pitou healing kaito cuz what good would that do for him? if the king (for some reason lol) asked him to heal kaito he would but i doubt he would if not asked by the king.
Hopefully he's on his way back into the manga -_-
