Adding my two cents to the Great Mexican Fast Food Debate, I prefer Taco John's to Taco Bell. Real salsa and pico de gallo wins out over foil-packed red sauce any day in my book.
Wendy's Fast Food!

-
I like Wendy's burgers a hell of a lot… and since they decided to sell their double cheeseburgers for a dollar, I haven't had much reason to go to McDonald's. o/
My #2 is McDonald's, as I heart their fries and nuggets. The burgers are okay too, though I feel like my heart will explode if I eat too many.
It's all that damned grease...WAAAAAAAAY at the bottom is Burger King. I fucking hate their dry dry dry dry dry burgers, their Tenders are okay at best, and their fries are concentrated shit.
As for Taco Bell and friends, I find myself incapable of eating Mexican food of any kind, even fake Mexican food. It makes me gag. :/
@Sandai:
What's Poutine:ninja:?
Nasty nasty shit. If you don't know what it is, consider yourself lucky.
-
Chick-fil-A. .
What if Kaba wants fast food on Sunday?
I'm just going to contribute. Sonic's is the best fast food resteraunt. Period. Sadly only one of them near me and its like 10 miles away.
I have to agree with ya Moria, it is. I like Sonic Blasts. mmmm…
Chick-Fil-A and Bojangles is only in the south i think, thats the only place i see em at
not up north where i live. I think there is 1 sonic up here, thats it and i dont even live near it
edit: just checked, theres only one in this stateChick-Fil-A I think is mainly in religous states though, I don't see it westward past Texas.

There is a Sonic in my town though I've never eaten at it. What friends who have gone there have said is the food is average and the shakes not worth buying (I'm a milk-shake connoisseur) but the real attraction to Sonic is the atmosphere, which really gets people going especially if at night or early evening.
-
Lots of fast food restaurants in Canada have poutine on their menu. I find fast food poutine is kinda lame though. It's the gravy.
Montreal Poutine is seriously the best. My friends and I hunted down the best places in Montreal and seriously.. best poutine ever. I do like Burger King's Poutine, but because I love salty foods. (Yeah, not the best thing for my body.)
Turkey/Ham/Veggie Sub at Subway is the best. Seriously, load it up with all veggies and grab a Coke/Diet Coke. I can tolerate the cookies, but I've bought them like once in the past two years. I rarely get chips/combo. I remember going with my friend to Subway and she ordered the Meatball sub saying how she wanted to eat healthy. (Face palm)
Yes, Tacobell is Delicious, end of discussion. Volcano Tacos > Everything else.
-
I don't think there's a single fast-food joint I DON'T like.
I mean, if you lined them up in a row and promised to pump my stomach after a gorging, I'd probably hit McDonald's last but I wouldn't say I honestly dislike anything there (except the Big Mac which IS a terrible burger). I think there's something about every fast-food place that gives it redeeming qualities.
And for the record, I'd give my left nut for a Boston Market here.
-
Sonics SUUUUUCK. I've ate there on two separate occasions, in two separate states. Their food is mediocre at BEST. I just ate there a few weeks ago, got one of their foot-long chilidog meals.
The chili was watered down, the hotdog didn't taste that great and the tatter-tots and french fries were cold. My Mom got one too, and it was the same. I've always wanted to eat at a Boston Market restaurant, my Mom especially would love to. So far it has only been TV dinners for us.
OH SNAP, I just remembered my favorite restaurant.
RED ROBIN!
It doesn't matter how many times I eat there, their food gets better each time. You have not had a burger till you've had a Whiskey River BBQ burger at Red Robin!
(Yes, it actually DOES look like that, I've got it several times.)
No lettuce and tomato for me, please… Fuck, I'm hungry now! -
Yeah I'll pass on that.
-

Oh thank you Strings. There are intelligent customers out there. <3 As for poutine, I've heard the best is supposed to be at some booth in Toronto by the parliament buildings or something? I gotta go check it out next time I'm down town.
-
Yeah I agree with the chicken burger… until i ate one that tasted like the chicken was cooked the day before.
Now I only eat their cheese n cheese baked potato occassionally.

god may have mercy on your body, Buuhan.
Anyway, Little Caesars might be my favorite American Pizza chain.
Nothing beats Local chains though.
-
Little Caesars mainly shut down from what I recall. As a kid there was a local one which was TINY, it basically looked like a phone booth with its size. Back in Ohio there was one built into the local K-Mart, the pizza was good but it always put me on the toilet.
Papa Johns, now there's good pizza.
-
I live in Ohio and Little Caesars have slowly been coming back where I live. But Donatos has my vote for best delivery pizza.
-
For pizza I fit up Boston Pizza, formerly Newberry Pizza. It's a small local place in downtown Boston, and you can get a good amount of delicious food for cheap. It's too bad that I'm at college now and don't have easy access anymore. I miss that place.
-
As for Pizza, Garlic Jim's is the shit yo.
-
I haven't eaten at Wendy's very much, but from what I do recall their food is pretty good. So is In-N-Out Burger, though I hate their fries with a firey passion.
As far as ranking the fast food restraunts and/or chains I've been too, I'd have to say..1. Wing Stop.
Oh so good.. It's not 'fast food' per say since I have yet to visit one with a drive through, but damn is it good. XD I love their cajun chicken wings, and on occasion their atomic ones as well. (The atomics sear my lips though so I tend not to eat too many of them. xD)
2. Carl's Junior.
I love their chicken strips and six dollar burgers. Though I have a hard time eating the latter these days without feeling ill. Used to not have that problem, but after going several months without fast food a few years ago I have a hard time stomaching them. Still delicious though. I also love their shakes.
3. McDonalds/Burger King.
Blasphemy I know,, how could I rank these two in the same spot? XD Frankly I enjoy McDonald's for their cheap food and non-grease covered burgers. They're probably the only chain that has burgers I can stomach without too much difficulty. That and their fries are amazing. Then I love BK for their chicken sandwiches and so on. A lot more flavor than McDonald's counterparts, but some of them do make me sick as well so I have to tred carefully.
4. Wendy's, In-N-Out, etc.
Nothing really to say, only that I did enjoy the food I got at these places when I bought from them.
5. Taco Bell.
Used to eat here a lot as a child.. These days I only bother with the chain if I'm in the mood for a grilled stuffed chicken burrito with chips and melted nacho dip, otherwise I avoid it like the plague. As for pizza joints.. My favorite isn't a chain but a local joint. Primo's Pizza ftw. They not only have delicious pizzas, if you're a fan of all that melted cheese on the pizza and delicious crust you'll be in hog heaven, but they also give back to the community. A few weeks ago we had that annual Primo's Run which raised over 50k for our local schools. (Which is absolutely wonderful given the fact that California has been slashing funding for schools left and right.. The money raised allows us to keep a lot of the sports and elective programs, as well as giving teachers grants for school supplies. It's a really good cause. It's still a very local event, but this year we actually set a new fundraising record despite the economy tanking.) Gotta love it when a restraunt gives back. <3
Ascona's Pizza is also high on my list, though it costs an arm and a leg to eat there.
As for actual pizza chain restraunts.. Round Table is probably at the top of my list. Can't stand Domino's though….. -
Jimmy John's > Subway by the way.
-
Red Robin is crazy they used to have one where i used to live. They give you a lot for your money, i like it. But thats more of a resturant, like applebees and champs.
-
And for the record, I'd give my left nut for a Boston Market here.
Fucking agree. Ate at Boston's market once and went to heaven. Portland's market here in Maine in the next best thing.

sonic, truett's/chick-fil-a, certain things at taco bell, and the less greasy stuff at mcdonald's are the best
chick-fil-a has delicious rice pilaf and chicken soup. I like to put them together %)
mcdonald's has fruit and yogurt parfaits, apple and walnut salads, and grilled chicken BLT sandwiches with ranch sauce that are divine. their iced coffee is pretty good, too.
taco bell has the frutista freeze, which is pretty much fast food drink perfection
and sonic is just neat

I havent tried sonics yet seeing they just opened up here.
But,A&W had good hamburgers though and they are gone now. -
I went to a Red Robin's once. Their burgers intimidated me. Insert Freudian joke here
-
i think i got fried shrimp and fries when i went there
(i dont like burgers or sandwiches)
in b4 the "your a wierdo" posts -
I have to say, most of the time I find fast food gross and unapettizing but I LOVEEE Wendy's!!!
It taste delicious and home-made.
McDonald's on the other hand…makes me sick every single time I eat ANYTHING from their menu. It literally gives me stomach cramps an hour or so after eating it!Also Steak and Shake is usually pretty tasty.
-
taco bell has the frutista freeze, which is pretty much fast food drink perfection
I gotta agree. Those are really great.
-

you are not alone
-
As for Pizza, Garlic Jim's is the shit yo.
Woah, Jim's or Joe's? We have a Garlic Joe's here in Japan and it's RETARDEDLY delicious. The garlic bread is litterally swimming in ground garlic.
-
is it just me or has KFC gone down badly in taste? ever since they went trans fat free- they really lost thier good taste.
and Pizza hut..I miss the cheesy Bites pizza..why did that have to discontinue? Also,Straw Hat Pizza is horrible though(yet i believe noone has probably heard of this place XD)
-
I probably eat at Taco Bell and Whiteys (White Castle) the most, but if you're going for chicken, you can't beat Indy's Chicken. I dunno if it's a local thing or if anyone else might have eaten at Indy's, but man, they make some MEAN chicken. Arbys is always good but I feel fat when eating there, I had a bad experience at Red Robin's (And we don't have a fast-food one here in Louisville, only a dine-in), and Wendy's nuggets, chicken sandwich, and frosties are good. I used to eat at Steak and Shake religiously until I had a bad experience involving a staple in my friend's milkshake glass. I've refused to eat there since, and so has he.
Sonic? It's okay, I like the chilidogs if they cook them right. Hardee's and their flame broiled Whoppers are awesome but I feel fat eating there, too. I don't eat at McDonalds much anymore, unless it's for mcnuggets or a salad.
(Just FYI, I live in the resteraunt capital of the world, so there's no lack of variety in this city for Fast Food OR Dine-in). For subs, you can't beat Penn Station or Quiznos, but even Subway is good at times. Jersey Mike's is good, too, but there's only one I know how to get to and it's on the other end of town where my parent's live.
For wings? BW3's is king, though I can appreciate the wings at the local bar (tonight in particular, every monday is 35 cent wings).
That said, I try to cook more than I eat fast food. Better for you, and easier on the wallet. But every now and then, I love to splurge.
-
Oh, I just remembered Thai express. They opened one in the mall near me a while ago. I fell in love with their yellow curry. <3
-
lets see
2 pandas, a popeyes, a KFC, 3 mcdonalds, a burger king, Dragon express, A few Vietnamese Noodle bowl places, a Few Bakers, Taco bell and Del taco, a few local resteraunts here and there, a cuple weinerschnitzels, and a few different resteraunts here and there(hot dog on a stick,Great steak and potato co.,Orang julius.)
there were 2 Long johns here..but they got replaced by dive thru starbuck places..which brings thier total here to 6 :getlost:I do believe if I am correct, theres only 1 Big boys left in So Cal, as far as I know
-
Pizza hut is good. Lil ceazers is like the FAST FOOD pizza place…but id still eat it. Anything is better than domineos, that is some nasty shit
I really like Benitoes/ College Inn/ Pizza Mia/ Pizza Hut Pizza the best though
-

UGH, you're so fucking right there.
I should not be able to taste the goddamned flour used in the dough. >_<
-

I agree with you there. I enjoy picking up a quick pizza from Lil Ceaser's after school.
And yeah, Dominoes kinda fails. I still have it on occasion (for some reason my dad picks it up a lot.) but it's pretty lackluster.

Isn't eating from virtually any fast food restaurant going to leave you with that feeling?

wow. something must be up with dominoes in the states. They're pretty good around here. And I just had ceazers pizza for the first time last week. pretty good.

I used to be big into the fast food, now I'm big into the mexican grills. It's kinda fast food I guess.
I've only been to three of them, namely Baja Fresh, Chipolte and Moe's
Moe's is the best of them all.
-
Yeah, I think scientists should examine the density of an Arby's sandwich. We'd probably be able to create matter or some shit if we fully understood them.
-
You bastards made me think of Wendy's today, and made me buy it, damn you apforums!
-
New York Fries = Best Fries, liquid Cheese sauce and Gravy (Not quite poutine) Extra salty and greesy fries ftw
Mcdonalds - I like their artificial greesey ass burgers, fries are decent
Salty Joes - Self explanitory
Mandarin - Battered Butterfly Shrimp + Wonton Soup = WIN -
Captain Usopp: Poutine for the freakin' WIN. But it must have cheese curds, not shredded cheese. Shredded doesn't stick right. D<
I'm a big fan of Wendy's, it's probably my #1 place for burgers. I like the simple Classic Single Combo with all the fixings + cheese added on. Usually get the Sour Cream and Chive baked potato with it, as their fries ain't all that. (A Wendy's burger + McDonald's fries = NIRVANA)
For pizza? I gotta go with Dominos; I usually prefer a soft crust pizza that's not too soggy, so they're my #1. My other pick is a hometown original (not the chain): Greco's.
Taco Bell = DO NOT WANT. My cousin scared me off when he worked there, said they used D-Grade Beef (aka Dog Food grade). Mmmmm, NO.
And…well, it's not a CHAIN, per se, but it is a brand. If you're ever on Highway 11 in Ontario, chances are you'll pass by a little brown restaurant called Weber's. It's a freakin' STAPLE, man; look for the bright orange bridge going over the highway so people can get there (yes, they had to build a bridge; people were running ACROSS THE HIGHWAY SEPERATOR to get there) and the huge lineup.
-
I don't know about you guys but the all the KFCs in Florida I have ever been to served the most nastiest chicken and layed my mouth on. I remember KfC used to be my favorite when I lived in Trinidad. Tastiest chicken ever.

Hell yeah they do, I completely forgot. ENDLESS FRIES. Fries comes with most of your food (unless you change that) and they're bottomless, and they're the big fries which look like they sliced a potato and fried it instead of dicing it. Best part? THEY'RE FUCKING DELICIOUS!
Also, Buffalo Wild Wings (B-Dubs) has the best chicken and BBQ sauce I've ever tasted. They also got these new mini cheeseburgers bites which are FANTASTIC. However, when I moved down here I was only greeted with one 20 miles away. Just like Penn Station… Did I mention Penn Station has the best subs?
-
I grew up wit mcdonalds and i could probably eat it 4ever and not get tired of it so i'll throw my vote for it in here. But i actually always enjoyed wendy's alot and since there arent half as many in NY as there are mcdonalds and bk's I go to em alot to support em. (Alot of wendy's get closed here cuz of their dollar menu) Never was a fan of BK even though there burgers are usually damn good. Bk fries=Suckish.
