Unless a miracle happens, I'm boycotting this film. I hate to say that, but there's only so much I can take.

The new design it's…....
I don't know. I don't know yet.
But it is a step up from that god awful spinner belt.
When Rock swung it up to his shoulder, I was terrified he was going to poke his eye out. XD
It's definitely better than the spinner, though it does have some design issues; someone online mentioned it looked more like a graduation ring than a world championship.
I like the overall shape and design, but dislike the continued overuse of rhinestones; they can keep the red ones, but the 'diamonds' can just be silvery accents. I'm undecided if I like the matte black background behind the WWE logo or would like something else, like more gold…I also want to know if the bull heads will stay on the belt once The Rock is gone again.
@RobbyBevard:
Well, the cast and the voices are returning, but its not going to be quite the same. its going to be more heavily geared towards the comedy apparently.
This is what annoys me about the 'return' of the show; the original Teen Titans cartoon was plenty funny, and had the action/drama to even it out. But to have it all be comedy/randomness…I don't think it will be as good as people are hoping. Frankly, I think there's enough "randomness is funny!" cartoons out there; we need more cartoons that have that balance of action and fun.
And yet again, Jaime proves just how damn amazing he is. I love this boy so freaking much, for so many reasons. <3
Meanwhile, Mal steps up and kicks ass without actually kicking any ass. I dunno what the hell is going up with Karen, but I wanna smack her for being such a jerk to Mal.
God, I'm suddenly feeling very sorry for La'Gaan right now. He gets captured and experimented on, and now his girlfriend won't return his calls (and may potentially be cheating on him GodIhopenot).
The Reach Negotiator is exactly as much of an asshole as I'd hoped he'd be. He's perfect, and it'll make his eventual defeat so much better.
I'm eager to see the MetaGen's start with their powers, and curious as to which characters might have been the ones Virgil 'never saw again' after The Reach didn't like their developing powers (if Richie was one of them, so help me)…
9 episodes left. This is killing me.
There's a part of me that thinks part 1 would have been an appropriate end to Motorcity. It's not so much the "to be continued", but more on ending on a note of despair/Kane winning etc. that's hilarious to me.
But sadist in me aside and despite my issues/flaws with the series, it was a good show. Deserved a second season at the very least.
"The part of Abraham Kane will now be played by Disney Corporation." Heh.
But yeah, I just can't see Disney letting the bad guys win at the end of a show. It's a good thing Titmouse planned this finale assuming it may be THE end, more than just AN end; they've been burned enough times, now they're playing smart. Meanwhile, PoM on Tumblr said that Vega was 'child's play' compared to tonight's episode. I'm not sure what to make of that.
All shows have flaws, and Motorcity is no different. Would it have been different if Titmouse had their way, with more of a running plotline? Yes, but then again, if Titmouse had their way Mike Chilton would have been a very different protagonist as well. Even if it would mean getting another season and more backstory, I wouldn't change the characters I've come to know for the world.
What I DO know is that I've decided to marathon Motorcity tonight before the finale; I figure if I start around 7pm EST, I'll be done right around 12-12:30am. This cold's gonna keep me up anyway, I might as well do SOMETHING worthwhile, right?
We have roughly 12 hours left until Finale, Part 2: A Better Tomorrow airs, and Motorcity ends. I really wish I'd discovered this series sooner; not two weeks after starting to watch, I found it wasn't renewed by Disney. Didn't even get to delve into the fandom before it started slowing down.
At least I now know iTunes Canada has the episodes up for sale, so I can support the show in it's final moments. We still have four unaired episodes to go…
For the record, tonight's episode marks the beginning of the end. Finale Pt 1: Vega premieres tonight at 12:30am!
I'm a little disappointed that they never really planned to develop Texas. The only Burner with less cards up there is Dutch, but at least he received some backstory and character relationships. I always figured that Texas would have some interesting backstory and/or growth since he's both very unBurner-like and relatively unskilled.
That's what hit me here too, but the one real story with him could be some actual development if they went that way. "Actual gang of Texans are offended by 'Texas' (who actually doesn't know anything about the state)". Say that he's is forced by this gang to renounce the name, or change how he acts to reflect it better; if Texas can't be Texas, then who is he?
As for unskilled, I like to think that Texas is the only Burner to have been born and raised in Motorcity (his comment about the Mama's Boys 'messing with him for years' cemented this for me). He's no good with the technical stuff, but he definitely knows how to smash bots; maybe he was fighting Kane's bots even before he was a Burner? Or he would have been a guide to the city for the others (maybe Mike right after his defection from Kane?) before they got to know their way around Motorcity.
Meanwhile, I think that whole "Tooley is Texas without the imagination" card isn't quite right: IMO, Tooley is at least a couple levels below Tex in terms of intelligence. After all, "Texas is intelligent (okay, maybe not in an obvious way, but let's not nitpick)."
I wanna see those Dar episodes ideas too, where he acts as another insider for the Burners (discovering the truth about Julie? YES PLEASE) or bugs Dutch to come down to Motorcity; I could see him getting along with Ruby.
Chris Pyronski and George Krystic tweeted these two images of some Motorcity: Seaosn 2 storyboarding they'd done before Disney pulled the plug. A glimpse at some of what might have been:
!
! And a close up of the character stories side of the board:
!
No close up of the green "Villains" side of the board, but I can make out "More mutants", "Car Thief", "Used Car Salesman", "Kane-Funded Gang" and "Robot Gang" over there, as well as "Fire Trucks", "Motorcycles", "Party Bus", "Dune Buggies" and "Construction Vehicles" in the pink "Vehicle" section.
There is so much on here I would have loved to see…the fact that one card just has "TEXAS" on it amuses me deeply, and makes me wonder just what that card meant to the Titmouse gang. Also, the Mike story cards; dealing with his family/history, Jacob as a new father-figure, accepting not everyone in Motorcity likes what the Burners are doing, why he and Chuck are so close...AUUUUUUUUUUGH.
And for those going O_o at the "Julie is an Android" card, one of the people at Titmouse said that idea had been canned even before Season 2 was.
I just want Bolin to get some character development in the new season; he started out so promising, and then he was relegated to the odd guy out during the Asami/Mako/Korra triangle.
It was said he's leading a new (and less impressive) Fire Ferrets team, right? Have him train to get stronger, or develop into a great leader in a fight. Something.
